I stupidly ordered the wrong top to my new FOSH water bottle and can not believe the quick and simple response I received all sorted nothing was to much trouble

Brill

Great company ethos and very pleased to support them. Replacement bottle tops delivered quickly

We came across these amazing bottles in a lovely shop in Mousehole. They only had one so we decided to try it and loved it so much we bought a second one for my wife. They are more compact than the usual 500 ml bottles and there is a lot of thought gone into the design - including choice of leak proof lids and a useful carrier. We can’t believe they aren’t better known. We have had other reusable bottles and the FOSH bottles are so much better.

Straw doesnt reach the bottom of the bottle. Otherwise, good quality.

Ian from the team at FOSH was brilliant from the start of my experience ordering with the company. He was quick with all of his replies to my queries and was extremly e helpful in the process. We were working to a tight deadline and the team at FOSH have been great in making sure we will get the bottles on time.

Nothing was too much to ask and we are all very excited to receive our custom order soon.

Can't recommend enough, thanks for all of your help guys!

FOSH bottles are amazing - great quality, fab looking and sturdy. Great choice of colours. They wash well too. Really can't fault them - won't be able to use any other bottle again - my bottle will last a long time though so don't think I'll need to worry about that :)

Ordered a bulk order of 100 bottles with our company logo on them to hand out at an event. The quality of the bottles with our logo printed on it has exceeded our expectations - they are amazing! Ian was superb, he was so helpful with all of our queries and made sure to get the order processed and out for delivery as quickly as possible, I'm super impressed. Brilliant quality bottles and our logo looks amazing on them. Cannot recommend them enough.

Purchased my bottle years ago and it’s still going strong without a single dent, and that’s saying a lot as I drop it all the time! Purchased the new straw tops recently, and there is some leakage so be careful if you’re putting it in a bag with tech

Great design, keeps water really cold even if not in the fridge. Easy to open!

Always quick to respond and fantastic products

Delivered promptly, friendly local service.

I accidentally ordered the wrong bottle size and wanted a refund so I could get a bigger one. Anton was amazing and the process was quick and easy. The bottles are also amazing quality!!

I have a Fosh bottle, that I use for 2 years now. Best purchase ever! Holds for hours the temperature hot or cold

Easy ordering, great products - they keep the temperature for a very long time, and these bottles are not only environmentally friendly, they are also leak-proof. And I love their colourful designs. Who says sustainable bottles need to be boring?

Most of all, though, I am grateful for their amazing customer service. I made a mistake and ordered a cap that would not have fit the bottle I had in my basket. Instead of simply sending the stuff and letting me find out by myself, they sent an email, telling me that the cap wouldn't fit, and immediately refunded the money. Thank you so much!

Fast delivery. Lovely product. Well packed.
