I recently had solar panels and a battery installed by Forward Energy, and I honestly could not be happier with the service. Demetri and Adam carried out the work and they were amazing from start to finish — very clean, efficient, respectful of my property and clearly take real pride in what they do.

Demetri was incredibly responsive, provided a quote quickly and came out to survey without delay. He has a real knack for understanding customer needs and recommending the right product, rather than trying to oversell. His advice was clear, honest and completely no nonsense.

Forward Energy clearly recognise quality and understand what good service is all about. There are no frills, just pure honesty, excellent workmanship and a solution-focused approach. The wiring work is extremely neat (curtesy of Adam, a brilliant electrician), and they genuinely seem able to make the impossible possible. I would definitely recommend going for Solar Skirts. They do cost more, but they look amazing, so thank you Demetri for the recommendation. Much better than the cheap mesh or spikes most companies use.

I would recommend this company all the way. My advice would be to stay away from the big national companies if you want a personal touch. Their prices may look attractive at first, but in my experience they are not always completely transparent. With Forward Energy, everything felt clear, honest and properly explained.

I will definitely be using Forward Energy again for my air conditioning installation. Thank you, Demetri and Adam, for being so great, respecting my property and completing the job to an excellent standard. A job done excellently.

From the initial inquiry to the product installation was an experience that was both friendly and professional. Looked at a complex solar and Tesla powerwall3 battery solution, reviewed multiple suppliers and came down to Forward Energy after meeting Demeitri the owner / installer. Down to earth, not hard sell, technical expertise and met all criteria. Installation went smoothly and all up and running. Not the cheapest but also good value overall. Fully recommend them.

Andy did a great job, connecting our front electric outlet to our external garage and installing the Ohme charger, very tough conditions for working outside (-2C), but very professional work, looks great and works perfectly.

Brilliant engineer, informative and very quick

We needed a certified electrician to inspect the Electricity safety of a home we're purchasing and it's enough to worry about. Demetri has been extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with since I have found the business on Check A Trade. Demetri helped provide a quote immediately, booked a visit with the estate agents quickly and sent around a detailed report quickly. I can see that an engineer helped put together a useful report for us. I would recommend!

Octopus passed me on to Forward Energy as their local installer for the Hypervolt charger. They had availability within a week or so, which was convenient. Just needed a quick video call for a survey, which was followed by clear and detailed emails.
Installer was prompt and worked tidily. The location wasn't the easiest, but equally not the most complex, but they chose routing that has ended up with cable a bit all over the place. Didn't quite expect it to look like that, and would have appreciated a bit more clarity from the installer, although it all works as intended. Setup and handover was straightforward, with all relevant certification arriving within a few days.

The team at forward energy have been fantastic. Adam came to Install the charger today and was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a great tidy job and took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend.
