We had the system fitted by the warm wales scheme sounded all great very happy with the scheme
The day the solar was fitted the engineer said there is a problem
Cannot get it working wait for a new part so I could not get it commissioned that day.
Another engineer called next day got the part it’s working now he said still no commissioning done though.
After water dripping through kitchen ceiling & when you touched inverter you got a small shock I thought it’s time to phone them. Not helpful at all.
After a call to them complaining they told me sorry cannot help
They have not been paid in full by the contractor who employed them to fit the system. After 18 months I phoned again & said the system still hasn’t been commissioned within the hour they commissioned it with give energy saying it’s now been commissioned
We have been told the mcs certificate was with the contractor who we cannot get in touch with we have no paperwork from anyone no mcs
Rain now coming through ceiling below solar panel fixing
Electric shock off inverter since day one
Just seems to me it’s fitted now go away we don’t want to know about complaints

I can not recommend this company enough, installed solar panels for me in 2022 and they were very professional and did everything as described. I’ve had a recent issue with my inverter and again they have been nothing but helpful and had it all sorted for me within an hour and a replacement being sent out from the manufacturer. The inverter may I add was a fault on the manufacturers side not in2gr8ted solutions. Many thanks again

The work went really well ,with the operatives being
friendly and working very hard during the day. Cups of tea were essential in the heat. The office back up was great and very efficient and I have nothing to complain about. I would recommend this firm if solar panels are required.

nFrom contacting In2gr8ted Solutions Ltd to request a home battery system to the unit being installed was hassle free with the team being mobilised with all the equipment necessary to complete the work. The installation team were professional, personable and expert in their work. When there was a minor technical issue around the communication with the unit they team ensured that the issue was resolved before leaving the property. I am very satisfied with the short amount of time that it took between contacting In2gra8ted Solutions to the final installation.

Efficiency of the office manager is a 5-star experience. On two occasions this year I’ve needed her help and her response has been instant, effective, and reliable. A real star.

We had In2gr8ted Solutions install a Sigenergy SigenStor battery system with a full three-phase supply upgrade at our property. From the initial quote right through to installation, the team were responsive, professional and easy to deal with.

They turned up exactly when they said they would, worked in an organised and tidy manner throughout, and left the site clean on completion. The system was handed over clearly and thoroughly — we left knowing exactly how everything worked.
