It is a great learning experience with Fortress learning. Jane is a fabulous TAE trainer and assessor. She is very friendly and approachable. Her suggestions and recommendations greatly improved my understanding of the RPL assessment requirements, especially for the evidence. that is the reason why I can complete my RPL process quickly for my qualification. Thanks!

Registration was a breeze, Instructors were keen, approachable, and respectful. Assessments were processed quickly, and feedback was well targeted.
Group exercises were well facilitated and good value.

My experience with fortress has been awesome.
Their support right from the first phone call, all the way through to the end was fantastic. Definitely felt like a first class experience when you arrive at a 5* hotel. My trainers Deb and Richard were always there to help and went above and beyond many times.
The course was really well laid out, easy to understand and follow, and easy to access and use.
I know lots of people who have started their certificate IV TAE online and not finished it because it is hard to follow/heaps of work/not enjoyable, but this whole course was in bite size chunks, easy to understand and easy to progress through. Almost everything had examples of everything you need to complete too! You can also go back and forth between the simulated pathway and the workplace pathway for assessments so that you can teach things at work that are relevant to you and interesting where available.
Very much appreciate everything that my trainers did for me.

I did self-guided study at home. All the information was up online and easy to understand. The trainers were accessible, responsive and easy to contact. There was a quick turnaround time on assessment marking. My trainer, Richard, was encouraging, understanding and helpful.

The UI was very clean and easy to follow.
Content was relevant and didn't seem to drag-out / difficult to complete.
