The only downside was the time waiting for assessments to be marked.

I really enjoyed the immense support I received from the trainers and student support team whom I interacted with. Big thank you to Brian and Richard there were always available and responded in time notwithstanding the fact that I was in a country 7 hours behind. Also, the way Fortress learning has organized the learning resources and step by step for solo Session's guide is quite credible. I look forward to choosing Fortress learning to advance my studies.

The staff are very supportive, the learning process and materials are very well organised and clear.

I completed my TAE with Fortress sometime ago and now I have only just completed my upgrade to TAE40116.
Fortress learning is wonderful to work with. The course design is excellent with high quality and informative tutorials designed to help the student every step of the way. The Trainers are also very very good and extremely helpful. I know that sometimes a student can get bogged down in online learning, but Fortress have tools and advice to keep you moving forward to achieve your goal.
I can't recommend Fortress learning highly enough.

The overall experience with Fortresslearning was great, from the gentle reminder txt messages to the support I received from my instructor was always encouraging. I was always made to feel like I was important.

The support from the trainers and Student Support was outstanding at Fortress. I did the course online with the medium level assistance. At the age of 58 and studying online presented many problems, but I always got help and learnt quite a bit. I felt the content was not of a very high standard, needs some updating, and often duplicating some areas and not addressing others. The assignments were also difficult to comprehend and asked a lot. However, I believe this problem may actually come from above the RTO.

Online flexible training was well structured.
Trainers and assessors gave great assistance and feedback throughout the course.
Would highly recommend using Fortress Learning to other wishing to undertake remote learning for TAE Cert IV.

The Course was challenging and interesting over the journey. The self-pace style presented some challenges in putting time aside for the course.

Feedback from the staff was great and their availability and response to questions was prompt and very helpful.

Deb was easy to work with and the team made it a seamless transition to upgrading my TAE.

The system is user friendly and communication was flawless.

My online learning experience was great as I can easily navigate and able to use all the tools provided. I learn a lot, many things actually in online mode as I did the same lesson before in the Philippines with TESDA as instruction led, face to face.

I had a highly positive experience, particularly with arranging and organizing the assessment and documents. It was also a valuable opportunity to assess my own standing in relation to training standards. Fortress learning serves as a guideline and can be viewed as a roadmap for training field.
