I've now sold a couple of blocks of land via FSBO and can recommend them for this scenario. The user experience, contact system and integration with the major platforms is simple and just works. Support has also been fairly quick to respond on the odd occasion I've needed to make an enquiry.

User Friendly
I found the explanation of how For Sale by Owner works and what packages were available very clear and that there was just the right amount of information to consider. I am not always confident in my technological skills but I managed to upload my photo gallery with no problems. I found the dashboard easy to navigate, enquiries easy to deal with and the directives and recommendations for each step of the sale process relevant and easy to follow.

This was my first time
This was my first time selling a property myself and I wasn’t sure if I was doing the right thing. However it was all made very easy with For Sale by Owner and I would absolutely do it again. I ended up getting over my asking price and saved a huge amount in fees. It required a little more effort than giving it to an agent but most definitely worth it.

FSBO Make it easy
I have been selling my homes without Real Estate agents since the early 90s with out a problem. FSBO made the process very easy and I would recommend anyone trying to sell property themselves to sign up with FSBO.

Challenge yourself be successful seller
When I decided to use your platform was very easy to understand and very quickly in one hour my house was live on all platforms like Real Estate.com, Domain, View, and Forsalebyowner.com.au ( your own website), board comes in 2days and open for inspection board that is it.
Now I am thinking why not everyone is selling their properties themselves is easy , quick, simple and cost effective
And nobody knows your house more than you so try don’t be scared you will see that is easy and you will save thousands of dollars.
More importantly you will be proud you sold yourself is a challenge which pays off.
