Forever Legal Ltd were recommended by my lender to resolve my financial transaction after I had been let down very badly by another firm of solicitors. Forever Legal mis-handled my Lifetime Mortgage via Just Compare retirement. At the initial meeting the solicitor had the wrong documents and She advised her office the figures were wrong. we were advised we would get a call before any further progress would be made however Forever Legal completed on my Lifetime Mortgage for the wrong amount 7 days later leaving us over £30,000:00 out of pocket and offered us £500:00 in full and final settlement. Even though Forever Legal admit they made a mistake they have said they are not prepared to offer any further solution and have advised me to go through the legal ombudsman which is currently standing at 18-24 months waiting time
