Excellant service
Excellant service, always order from here, my son is Autistic and he won't eat from anywhere else because of the flavours, spice, textures, he especially loves the oreo cheesecake and oreo milkshake, and very affordable, the discount goes a long mile and well worth it. 10/10

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED Been a regular…
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED Been a regular of Cardiff foodhub for quite some time. Ordered from a takeaway they advertised. Paid my money and they processed my order. When the delivery didn't arrive I telephoned the takeaway and they explained the food delivery was likely to be 3 hours later. I emailed foodhub asking for a refund and the process to recover my monies was so so complicated and it could take up to 5 working days for monies to be returned to my bank. I explained that I was in my 70s and disabled. They couldn't care less. Have lost my monies. Let that be a lesson to others

Thanks for your honest feedback! 😊 We're glad to hear the food itself was good, but we're sorry it wasn't as warm as you'd have liked. Packaging and food temperature are handled by the restaurant; be sure your feedback is passed on to them so they can look into it 🌡️🍴
