Tucktec Folding Kayaks Anmeldelser 

Just got my Tucktec after ordering Sunday night (fast turnaround!) and my husband and I were able to assemble it in about 15 minutes on our very first try! Now that the folds are used to bending, I should be able to do it by myself in 5 minutes easily. It really is that straightforward!

It’s also light enough that I can carry it by myself, which is important for my being able to use it frequently.

I’ll post a follow up after my maiden voyage tomorrow.

This purchase was great on two levels, the product and the customer service.

After 3 seasons with inflatables, we wanted something a little more durable, but don't have room for regular kayaks. We ordered a pair of Tucktec 10 foot Pros. We have had them out in the water a couple of times and we are in love. They are easy to assemble. They need a little muscle the first few times but the more you use them the easier they bend into shape. I feel really confident in the water. They track well and are very stable. The set up and tear down time was negligible, and it's so much easier to get the water out before storage!

When I was dealing with the company during the ordering process, every stage was excellent. A representative replied to my emails promptly and gave me the information I needed to choose the kayaks and the accessories.

Tucktec folding kayaks are quality made kayaks that are life changers for folks whose heart desires are to kayak...but handling and transporting a hardshell kayak is impossible! As a physically challenged 68 yr old, I independently kayak with my Tucktecs (yes, more than one!)

Tucktec's customer service is the BEST of any industry! They stand behind their products and fully support their customers!

Tucktec folding kayaks changed my life!

I had spent a little bit of time looking into folding kayaks because I don't have the space to house hard shell one and Tucktec has been the perfect kayak for me. I'm able to get on the water and under 10 minutes and with a river near my downtown area leading into college campuses, restaurants and stores it makes it very easy for me to integrate it into my weekend adventuring.

Customer service was amazing in regard to getting in touch with me about the shipping times and even though my kayak is refurbished I have not seen any issues and no wear or tear prior to my own assembly. I can't recommend this product enough, but I definitely will be recommending it more often.

In 2020 I took a chance on a company called Tucktec. I invested in their Kickstarter campaign for a new, eco-friendly kayak made out of recycled plastic. It was my first kickstarter and I didn’t know if I would get a return on my investment, but I took the chance anyway.

Looking back, I couldn’t have made a better decision. For the last 3 1/2 years, I have thoroughly enjoyed using several models of their folding kayaks. I’ve taken them out well over 100 times on more than 60 different bodies of water. Lakes, reservoir, rivers—they handle it all! I love the freedom I have now being able to keep them in my car, ready to go at a moments notice. It’s especially helpful for a person who lives in an apartment and doesn’t have a lot of storage.

The company is very active on their social media pages and respond to customer questions and comments frequently. They’re always listening to customer recommendations and innovating their products. The newest version of their kayak, the 2023 model, is nearly perfect. I recommend them to everyone I know and to all the people who stop me to ask questions when I’m ready to launch wherever my adventures take me.

I bought a 2023 8' ft Tucktec kayak that I received just in time for MDW 2023. It's easy to assemble, roll back up and weighs only 21lbs so I can fit it into the trunk of my sedan. I've been on the water several times over the summer. The Tucktec cuts through the water with ease and is easy to navigate. It's a lot of fun!!! I 100% recommend if you're in the market for a lightweight folding kayak that's affordable. #Tucktec

I loooove my Tucktek! i bought a refurbished model to so I could get it right away and not wait to save up. It shipped so quickly, arrived in great shape, and we were able to set sail right away.

The products are high-quality, and they stand behind them. The prices are reasonable, and we have enjoyed our kayaks and accessories.

I got my Tucktec 2 weeks ago and I am already a huge fan. It doesn't take up much space to store and I can carry all of my kayak and fishing gear + snacks/drinks in one beach wagon. Set up is fast (4-5 min) and gets faster with each fold. Handling is great, I feel very stable and in control. The speed is not so good, but that was expected. Water does tend to drip into the kayak using the recommended paddle length (89 in) so I will probably get a longer paddle in the future (94+ in).

Overall 5/5 stars. Given the capabilities of this kayak, it is certainly one of the best deals out there.

Tucktec has given me the ability to get out on the water and see more beautiful sites. I could never do this myself with a hard kayak. And the customer service goes above and beyond! I highly recommend Tucktec!!!

We got our kayak delivered, assembled it and the family loves it. It is pretty easy to unfold it and latch everything into place. It also feels nice and secure when you are sitting in it.

I ordered the pro version because it offered some excellent options and the price difference is really negligible.

I bought a 2023 10’ TuckTec in June. I love it and have used it at least once a week since it arrived. I keep it in a golf travel wheeled bag in my car along with my road bike. I’m a 68 year old grandma that can get out and paddle and then pedal along the quiet small lakes in Southern Iowa. #Tucktec gives me freedom to get stronger and healthier and have fun enjoying nature as well.

This was my very first trip out in my 10’ tucktec. I am short and older and I have hard shell kayak. I was never able to go out by myself-because I couldn’t get the kayak on the roof of my car.

I can go fishing and out kayaking any time I want. 10 minutes to load the car compared to 45-60 minutes.
5 minutes to put the kayak together and 10 minutes when you are done to load up and head home😎😎😎😎
