Seriously, these kayaks are easy to assemble, lightweight, easy to transport, sturdy, durable... and not to mention affordable! The tucktec team is fantastic and has unmatched customer service- I've never seen anything like it! We are super grateful that this company has made kayaking accessible to us. After many years of enjoying my hardshell kayak, I was skeptical about using a folding boat. I've tried inflatables, which were terrible. I'm an avid RVer, so the concept of a boat that could be stowed inside the storage compartment on my 5th wheel sounded wonderful. A couple months ago I took the plunge and ordered my 10' light-blue kayak, and I couldn't be happier! It arrived quite quickly, the tracking info was great, and the instructional videos were super helpful.

I've literally taken it all across the country, and have enjoyed paddling it immensely. I've used it for a hike-in only spot, which would have been impossible for my hardshell. The wide beam provides incredible stability in rough waters, and the ease of use makes the Tucktec my go-to for even my local lake here near my home in Montana.

I highly recommend Tucktecs to anyone considering kayaking!

I love my Tucktec. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble and fits right in my trunk. Way more convenient then putting my kayak on the roof of my car and strapping it down. Very good quality. Stable in the water.

I’m very impressed with my tucktec! Unfolds and puts together fairly easy. Folding back up can be a little more difficult for a gal of 5’1” but totally doable and easier than putting it up top a car. The new 2023 seat is not bad at all The paddle it comes with is VERY basic. I would rather see the price a bit lower than them including that since it definitely needs an upgrade. If you can’t do the whole hard shell kayak I highly recommend this kayak! #tucktec

I have an itty bitty car, and I LOVE that it folds up to fit in my trunk. Any questions or issues or anything, just get in touch with customer service. They're absolutely wonderful and quick to respond to boot. Additionally, there's a great community on Facebook so any questions you have on modifications and things like that, there are thousands of people that would be more than happy to help you figure it out.

Admittedly, the first fold was a rough go. It took me about 30 minutes or so in my living room, even with the video. The second one went much more quickly on the beach, and the third one, today, even faster. Basically, there's definitely a breaking in period, but it seems to progress pretty quickly.

Tucktec made it possible for me to kayak again! With neither the appropriate vehicle, rack system, or strength to haul hard-shell kayaks around, a foldable option seemed like a possible solution. I chose Tucktec for the design, product details, responsive customer service, generous warranty, and price. I took my 2022 10’ kayak out just 8 times and loved it so much that I purchased a second one (2023 8’ model). They’re both great for me, a 5’1” middle-aged lady. I like to do in-person demos of my Tucktecs in my area so others can enjoy them as much as I do. Highly recommended!

When I ordered my Tucktec, I will admit I was skeptical...a FOLDING kayak?! But living ina condo with very little storage and with a very small car, I decided to take the chance.
Maiden voyage with Pinky Tuckadero was incredible!! I can't rave enough about how stable and comfortable it is!!!
The plastic is thick and I honestly wasn't able to put it together cold. I read other reviews and took the advice to let it warm in the sun, then it went together easily. I'm thoroughly impressed with my #Tucktec

Awesome portable kayak backed up by excellent customer service! I was searching for kayak solution with portability and usage - Tucktec checks all the boxes for us. We have two 10' 2023 Tucktecs. Easy to setup and put away, paddling is enjoyable, your back is supported way better than with inflatables, easy to take along for camping or around town. Customer service is faster than Jimmy John's "freaky fast" in answering emails, chat questions, and order status. Very impressed with the product and company. #Tucktec

This #Tucktec kayak has opened opportunities for me I would not have otherwise had. It is portable and can be taken anywhere in my car. It is simple to put together and fold back up alone. I LOVE the bright pink so I am seen and for a little spunk. While I haven't had to use it I haven't seen a customer service review that was bad. I currently have 2 for me and my daughter but plan for another so friends can join in the fun with me.
