Fogstar Anmeldelser

After an initial problem with delivery which was in no way Fogstars fault, the customer service I received by Chavarna Clarke was above and beyond, making sure I received my battery promptly. This is why I have used Fogstar in the past and will continue to do so.

I was having real difficulty getting my Victron Cerbo to communicate with my three 32kWh Fogstar batteries, but a couple of emails and phone calls with Mark Cheeseman and it was working perfectly. He solved the issue calmly and methodically. Highly recommended!

Top quality company and product. Without doubt the best company I've used for battery supply. Keira resolved an issue caused by my own mistake immediately. 100% Recommend

Brilliant!!! Easily found a phone number, not compelled to online LLM Ai or ‘send an inquiry’. 3/4 options telephone menu quick, clear, and concise. No ‘we’re experiencing….’ rubbish. Phone answered after 3 or 4 rings by Human! Technical support pls, certainly, ringring. How can I help answers ‘Mark’ knowledgeable, genius, expert, patient and the icing on an already refreshing customer service cake. Products are brilliant to!

Technical department excellent. “Mark” this time.

Fogstar are by far the best customer service I have experienced in some time. They always help any queries and go above and beyond in looking after and helping you. Their products are great also. I bought a large battery from them and it was so good I've bought a second. A massive thank you to all the team!

Customer service brilliant

I had a faulty unit that was only two months old that they replaced very quickly. I find that they are easy to order from, reliable and give a fast delivery service.

Very quick, relevant and useful response to my queries

Extremely happy with my purchase of the 16.1 home storage battery. Also the speed of response when I contacted them for assistance with the pairing with my Sunsynk inverter.

Very fast response to my question. Very helpful and friendly. I will definitely order once finances allow. 5 stars from me

Purchased a battery from fogstar as it was localish to me and a British based company, all good this summer but stupidly lost a terminal bolt when doing some work.contacted them to purchase replacement and sent them out free of charge.customer service is really good.

Incredible technical support form Mark. I was doing something out of the norm (changing an old forklift lead acid battery to Fogstar Lithium) I was advised which batteries would match and how to charge it. The new batteries are working a treat and I love how we can keep an eye on the exact charge levels via the app. This company comes highly recommended.

Been using fogstar for years, highly recommend.
