Our flight with Wizzair was cancelled and since I didn't want to bother with their poor customer service I approached flywize. They quickly collected all needed information, communicated clearly and in few months I had my compensation from the airline.

I would say I know most of the information, since I travel a lot. The truth is though, sometimes there is a situation when I have no idea what to do, and that's when I contact flywize. Oftentimes I need answers right away, or at an inconvenient time.
