Waste of time

Waited for 5 months for progress to be made on my claim, only to receive a request for additional information, claiming neither they nor the airline had any record of the flight being delayed.

Successfull claim

Flywize got an airline to actually accept my claim. I filled in claim on airline form, but it was rejected straightforward. With Flywize I at least got some money back.

Flywize helped me with my compensation…

Flywize helped me with my compensation in very quick time, after a dif. company decided not to continue with compensation process. Communication with Flywize was on professional level, i knew the status of my claim through the whole process. Thanks and will use your services in future again.

Recommended !

Thank you for them quick abs succesful processing of my compensation for the delayed flight. I definitely recommended the company, they will handle your request and communication with them is very simple and direct. In the future, I will contact them again if I have to deal with compensation with the airline.

Best company

My experiemce with Flywize have only great steps.
Quick solutions, great customer focus, cheap price, best communication, user friendly web, etc.
If trouble with flight in future, so solv only with Flywize.

Reccomended

I booked the flight tickets via third party website, not via airline directly. Airline referred my to the agency I booked with and via versa.
It not for Flywize, I would never see any compensation.

Flywize is a scam

This company seems very much like a scam. I filed a claim for cancelled flight and I uploaded all evidence and receipts and all info requested by the flywize operator, but the operator kept sending automatic emails saying that something was missing but never specifying what else was needed. This went on for at least 3 weeks. At the end I gave up and asked them to cancel my claim at which request they never replied.

Spoločnosť flywize som objavil na sociálnych sieťach cez influencera Milan bez mapy. Bolo to práve v období, keď sme leteli z dovolenky z Talianska na Slovensko a let mal meškanie viac ako 3 hodiny. Dovtedy som nemal skúsenosť s meškaním, a preto som sa rozhodol, že skúsim Flywize, či sa im niečo podarí vybaviť, aj keď si z toho nechajú určitú čiastku. Podarilo sa im to vyriešiť za necelý rok od podania žiadosti. A keďže mám s nimi len pozitívnu skúsenosť, dobrá komunikácia na každý email a aj na konci úspešná kompenzácia s vyplatenie sumy na môj účet.
Určite na základe tejto skúsenosti odporúčam Flywize.

Compensation not received after a year.

It already a year since I have filed my compensation request. So far I have not received the compensation. Additionally du to the migration of the system I have received different, confusing statuses of the compensation request. At some point even with a status closed. I have requested many times an update of the request and I have received replies mith many contraindications.
