Terrible customer service if you have any issues don’t expect them to help

Gloves had hole inside where stitching had separated sent them back after using them 3 times still not received any information about a replacement pair as your saying u havnt recived them although the tracking on your own pre paid parcel says it was delivered six days ago waste of time even trying to get a response to see what’s going on with my replacement pair of gloves

Communication shocking, If you only offer an email address to resolve issues you need to be better. Be warned

We are verry happy with the 8 traingsuits good quality. 8 trainers are Very happy. Thanks from Old School Boxing Hans de jong Schiedam the Nederlands

Only my second pair of gloves but think these will last a long time great feel and they look amazing

i didn’t receive my gloves in the normal box and bag , just a plastic bag for £185 gloves

No faults with the product, came as described and delivered when it was said

They completely suck delivery package got stolen because they choose to go cheap and not pay fed ex for signature required delivery and she get to pay the price fuuuu them they are cheap and they are the ones who hire fed ex

This is the best gear I've gotten in a while, the gloves are fantastic for the price, and they've held up well. Everything looks Fly 👌

I ordered close to 1000$ of high quality boxing equipment (headgear, premium gloves, and cup set) back in January 15th of 2023. Due to some sort of error in delivery I have not received any equipment. It’s been over a year since ordering, I have received very little in terms of updates regarding my expensive order. Would love to change my review upon receiving my gear (albeit almost a year late) but until then, this company gets a single star.

this company's customer service is pretty bad, does not acknowledge emails for over a week, returns/exchanges are done at your own cost and they are only based in the UK. the item i purchased was extremely largely sized and it would cost the price of the item to return it from the US, and their website's return system couldn't find the order number which meant jumping through more hoops.

if you are from the USA or overseas, pass on this brand unless you know your exact size ( a returns policy that costs 50$ is not really a returns policy)

Excellent service, quality equipment & fast delivery

Great quality gear pretty fast shipping and amazing prices for such high quality gear would definitely buy from them again

I have made multiple purchases with fly and I can say they are the best one I’ve made throughout my boxing experience and fly will now always be my first choice when purchasing new equipment

Crap to order from, not order again, when you pay more, they don’t reply back, an order takes ages, wouldn’t be surprised if it from china

Had custom gloves and headguard made in leather. Absolutely beautifully constructed and made with top draw materials as leather is very supple. Previously used Reyes but kept getting joint pain. Since switching some time ago this no longer happens. Is it expensive - yes. Is it worth it - MOST DEFINITELY!..Give them a go to appreciate the difference.

Fly always produce great products with fantastic quality. My gloves and wraps have lasted me and served me well

The shoes arrived on time and fit well. They perform as I had hoped they would. Would buy from this company again. Thank you.

Multiple orders made with FLY over the last few years, and they have always got it right when it came to delivered the ordered goods. Customer service has always been helpful (thank you Sophie), and delivery times have always been good. A brand worth investing in who makes quality products and offers quality service.
