One of the best gloves I’ve worn as a boxer

Excellent boxing gloves! Fly delivers outstanding quality, comfort, and design. The gloves feel incredibly light, fit perfectly, and provide great protection and support during training. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are impressive. Definitely one of the best boxing brands out there. Highly recommended!

De momento muy satisfecha con los guantes, estoy confiando en la solvencia y recorrido de la marca. He optado por la gama accesible de Fly, los superloop team en 14oz y son muy cómodos. Me quedan un poco holgados en la muñeca y son un poco calurosos al ser de cuero sintético y no tener agujeros en el dorso, pero tienen un buen soporte y relleno. El precio pagando aduana resulta un poco elevado y me hubiera gustado un packaging más currado (venían en una bolsa de tela). De momento bien...

Run a mile.

I purchased a pair of FLY boxing gloves expecting a premium product backed by equally premium customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

Shortly after placing my order, I contacted FLY requesting a change in glove size before dispatch.

Despite my efforts to correct the order, the company failed to accommodate my request and shipped the original size.

When the gloves arrived, I began using them for training. It was only through actual use that I discovered they were causing significant discomfort and pain, making them unsuitable for me.

I contacted FLY to explain the situation, expecting at least some understanding or willingness to find a reasonable solution.

Instead, I was met with repeated references to their 14-day returns policy and the fact that the gloves had been used.

Apparently, customers are expected to determine whether expensive boxing gloves are comfortable and suitable for training without actually training in them.

What disappointed me most wasn't simply the refusal to issue a refund. It was the complete lack of flexibility, accountability or genuine effort to resolve the situation.

I explained that I had attempted to change the size before dispatch. I explained that the gloves were causing pain. None of this appeared to make any difference.

Eventually, customer service informed me that their decision was final.

For a company selling premium boxing equipment at premium prices, I find this approach to customer care exceptionally poor.

I'm now left with an expensive pair of gloves that I cannot comfortably use, despite having tried to prevent this situation before the order was even shipped.

My advice to anyone considering FLY Boxing: think very carefully before purchasing. If the gloves don't work for you once you've actually trained in them, don't expect much flexibility or support. I would also make the argument that they aren't fit for purpose considering the pain that the Super Pro X 2 have caused me.

Beautiful branding and premium pricing mean very little when the customer service fails to match.

Extremely disappointing. I won't be purchasing from FLY again.

These gloves are sound, the quality is good, only minor flaw is that there are no air holes or ventilation, other then that one of the best gloves I used!

Great customer service, I made a mistake within my order that I only realised after placing the order. They got back to me via email very quickly and resolved the issue with no problems! Gloves are fantastic, very good quality. Speedy delivery also.

The gloves arrived without the original box, after paying an amount of €270, one person expects impeccable service, instead the gloves arrived without the original box.

I’ve wrote this review 4 times so now I’m just writing it very simple good service fantastic products bulky boxes nowhere to keep them specially if you buy a few kits, could really do without those big boxes
