Great Service for Tech Engineers

We used Reali for the Buy Before You Sell program, and engaged them for purchasing a new home and selling our old home. Our agent was Nick Yang, and he did an excellent job of helping us find a great place to live, and sold our old home quickly. The rest of the Reali team also provided strong support, with a one-stop shop for finance, staging, and document coordination.

Marci was a recommendation and she did not disappoint! She’s always willing to answer any question you may have. Super easy to reach and response quickly. She’s brings the “human” personality that many real estate agents lack. If your looking for a caring, trustworthy, realistic realtor then Marci is for you! Thank you again for everything!!!

TL;DR - Using Flyhomes was a mistake and has cost me $15,000+ (and the bleeding hasn't even stopped.)

The cash offer option helped me get an offer accepted BUT
They have no motive to complete your refinancing promptly. So you just sit around and watch them waste their time while the interest you're paying on the short term loan grows.
The portal that the use is annoying. It constantly asks you for things you have already given them, with no further explanation.
I thought that a large reputable company would have this process dialed in. I was wrong. There is plenty of negligence to go around. No one seems to know what they are doing.

They will hit you with a bait and switch on interest rates also. I was quoted 3.875% then they turn around change it to 4.125% while I was still actively working with them and giving them all the documents they need.
This rate change is going to cost me thousands over the lifetime of the loan.

I worked with my real estate agent to get a signed document put together saying that the seller would install a missing air conditioning unit. The seller signed the document. After transferring the money they said they won't be installing the A/C, despite having a signed document.

I expected my agent to at least fight on my behalf a bit, but they basically told me to roll over and take it or risk losing my earnest money. So now I'm paying for a $7,000 A/C unit and install out of my own pocket.

It was such a pleasure to work with Reali. They provided a very level-headed and competent approach to home buying. I believe because of this approach we ended up buying the house that was right for us, and did not overpay (as tends to be the case in the Bay Area). We also got a 1.5% rebate on the purchase which was very nice!

Sherie Corsello was my agent. She was great, but some of the support staff were less than, and that is why I have rated it 4 stars. I chose to finance through Reali, and though a bit more costly, it was very, very simple and easy, vs getting a bank loan. I also appreciated the ability to purchase my new house before selling the old one. Thanks!

Voltair is extremely smart in recognizing your housing needs, he always reaches the home earlier than you to figure out if it meets your requirements, he is a very effective, humble, very attentive, compassionate agent, he takes full blown responsibility of his clients, he is extraordinary in his duties & many times goes out of the way to make things happen for his clients, I will definitely give him 10 out of 10.

We had a great experience working with Reali.com and our real estate professional, Sherie Corsello. We used Reali's "home trade-in program", which allowed us to put in a competitive, all-cash (and winning) offer on our new home; allowing us to move in to our new home almost immediately and then sell our old home. Reali provided expert consultation and managed all the key steps from start to finish through the entire selling and buying processes.

Nick was a pleasure to work with! He was pro-active, very responsive, willing and happy to drive all over the place. He was available to view houses with us (and we went to a LOT!), and very open and communicative throughout the process with us.
