Recently went back to Turkey to have my teeth done, have been before with FlyHealth for gastric sleeve.
Everything went well as before, I hade 4 extractions, 9 implants and 24 crowns.
I’m not the best of patients when it comes to the dentist but Özge put my mind at ease and arranged everything for me.
Anil was with me for every visit to the dentist, explaining everything so I understood.
Very happy with the end result and would recommend FlyHealth to anyone

First of all I am not a patient person. Flyhealth handled my case very professionally, fast and efficient. I've been assessed and had the operation on the next day. All of my experience was smooth. From my first consultation with Ozge to leaving Istanbul I have been well and truely amazed by the care of the team at fly health I had tummy tuck lipo and muscle repair the whole experience was chilled after never having anything like this done I was very anxious but Anil was always on hand to help out and when meeting with dr banu she was very clued up and new exactly what she was talking about transport from airport hotel and hospital was always on time and very patient on days where I was a little slower I’m 6 days post op and really happy with my recovery and how it’s all healing my follow up apointments my care was still amazing dr banu staff were so caring and constantly checking you was ok hospital staff were alll amazing havent got one complaint I wouldn100% use fly health on any future surgery

Hi my names Chrystal from the UK and I just wanted to pop on and write a review of my experience with FlyHealth! From start to finish I’ve had constant great care from the team, from the first message of me enquiring about the procedure til this very day they are always at the end of the phone/whatsapp whenever I needed or need them, very quick responses and reassurance when needed it once I flew home and always checking in with me to make sure I’m okay. My co-ordinator Anil was fantastic when we arrived in turkey again til the day we flew home, always accompanied me to any appointments and updated me on arrivals/pick ups etc, stayed with me prior to surgery till the surgeons took me down and even reassured my partner every step of the way when he was waiting for me to come back from surgery and also for his procedure too, Anil is a great asset to the FlyHealth team, thank you Anil! My surgeon Dr Banu was amazing and has done an incredible job, better than I imagined in my head and listened to what I wanted implants wise (she again made sure I was what I wanted but to a safe level from her professional opinion) also her surgical team, very attentive, changed my dressings regular and checked up on me regular whilst in the hospital. All in all, I am super happy with my results, my experience and care. Thank you to everyone but most importantly Dr Banu for working her magic and giving me a body im happy and proud to now have!! Het contact was vanaf het begin tot het eind heel prettig.
Het ziekenhuis personeel was heel kundig en super behulpzaam. De chirurg was zeer kundig en ook heel grappig.
Ik voelde erg op mijn gemak en ik zal deze kliniek zeker aanraden.

Ik werd zeer goed ontvangen door flyhealth. De afspraken verliepen zeer vlot en professioneel. Geen enkele vraag was teveel en ze maken van klantentevredenheid een prioriteit.

I did eyelid surgery and and eyebrow lift, now it is about one month past from my surgery, big scars and pain is on my head and on my eyelid but my eyebrow is not lifted, even not 30% my eyes and eyebrow become ugly, my eyebrow was more better then now, other
annoying point : lift eye looks bigger then right one, when I closed eyes my right one become more close and annoying. I wasted my money,

Terrible experience with this business. I reached out multiple times with questions and inquiries, but they never responded. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional. If a company can't even acknowledge potential clients, I can’t imagine how they treat actual customers. Avoid wasting your time here.

I traveled to Istanbul from the US (Colorado) in September 2024 for a tummy tuck and 360 lipo.
My results (it’s now March 2025) are fantastic!! I couldn’t be happier.
My confidence has soared and I’m so ready for swimsuit season!!
The entire experience in Turkey was amazing - the transfers in the luxe van, the hotel and its amazing room service, the host and all of his support, the highly skilled surgeon and her staff, the beautiful and immaculate hospital, etc. It was so amazing I’m planning to go back routinely for more - lol.
I’ve had several friends and family members who have gone through FlyHealth (prior to my surgery and since then) for a multitude of services, we have all had excellent results and experiences. You can absolutely trust FlyHealth!

FlyHealth has been a complete disaster, and I am still suffering from their negligence. First and foremost, they have repeatedly violated my privacy by sharing my personal and medical information without my consent, even after I explicitly told them to stop. Their actions are not just unethical but also fraudulent—they misrepresented their services, failed to provide what was promised, and ignored my concerns. Instead of addressing these issues professionally, they retaliated against my reviews by exposing my private information online, further violating my rights.

Beyond the privacy violations, I am still dealing with serious medical complications from their botched procedure. The surgery did not go as promised—the scope of the procedure was misrepresented, and I was discharged too early while still bleeding, with an IV and drainage tubes attached, just so they could save money. I later required blood transfusions and additional treatments to recover. The costs of managing these complications have already far exceeded what I originally paid for the surgery, and I continue to experience pain, financial loss, and emotional distress.

FlyHealth also falsely advertised their services. They promised hotel accommodations and transportation, but I had to arrange and pay for everything myself. Their entire process is misleading and dishonest.

This is not just about a bad experience—it’s about fraud, medical negligence, and complete disregard for patient safety. FlyHealth should be held accountable, and I strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs.
