While my car was in their custody during a meet-and-greet booking at Gatwick Airport, a parking ticket was issued for parking in a disabled bay inside the airport. At that time I was out of the country, meaning the vehicle was entirely under the control of their driver.
In addition, I have evidence from my vehicle tracking app and photos showing that my car appears to have been used on 26th February while I was still abroad. The photos show clear signs that someone had been sitting in the rear seats of my car — an area I never use as I am the sole driver.
This raises serious concerns about the handling and possible unauthorised use of customers’ vehicles while in their care.
I have contacted the company with the evidence and requested that they accept responsibility for the ticket and provide an explanation. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue to Trading Standards and Gatwick Airport authorities.
For transparency, I am keeping a full record of all correspondence and evidence relating to this incident.
I hope the company addresses this matter quickly and professionally.

Every time I would call and enquire about what the hold up was the worker would pretend he didn't understand English after having a conversation and speaking fluently prior to that. My car key now does not work and there was litter in my car when I finally got it back. They lie and lie about when your car will be returned. I would give them minus stars if I could. AVOID.
AN AWFUL MEET & GREET COMPANY
As per most of the other reviews, the waiting time is an absolute joke. Nearly missed my outbound flight after nearly an hour and a half for the driver to arrive to collect my car. Another hour and a half wait on my return . They are taking the mickey out of you by continually saying ‘just another 10 mins’ when you call for an update.

I am used to book 'meet & greet parking' services at Gatwick, and this provider (Fly Away Airport Parking / i Park ltd) has been just so terrible.
The drop off was fine, however as usual with those low cost companies it is the collection that may be difficult. Well with Fly Away, it was just awfully difficult.
Had to call several times, as the vehicle wasn't getting delivered. The 'assistant' claimed each time I had not called before (?!) and finally hung up.
When the vehicle was finally delivered, the driver pretended he had come several times already (!?). The exit ticket was showing it was quite a little lie...
As a best brilliant finish, they made a mistake in the reg on the exit ticket so Gatwick NCP asked me to pay £980!
It took about half an hour for the helpful NCP assistant to find a solution and open the exit gates without paying.

We booked meet and greet parking on the assumption they would pick up the vehicle store it for when we were away and come back with it on arrival. Instead what happend is they used our van for the entire 10 days we were away, covered it inside and out in mud, used 3/4 tank of diesel and swapped one of the child’s car seats for another one. To top it off we had a parking ticket through from a date where we were still out of the country. I can only come to the conclusion they were using the van to drive people back and for the airport. We have emailed twice with no reply so passing this over to police to investigate as taken the vehicle without consent. Worst company in so many ways!!!!

Very bad service and extremely long waiting time.
When I arrived to collect my car, I called the company as instructed. They told me they would arrive in 30 minutes, so I came out of the car park to wait. After that, I was left waiting for another 35 minutes.
During this time, I kept calling them and was repeatedly told “five minutes”, but nobody showed up. In total, I waited over 55 minutes — more than one hour to get my car.
I was standing outside in cold weather, with no apology and no real concern shown for the customer. This level of service is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise people not to use this company. If you do, be prepared to wait in the car park for a very long time, regardless of the weather. They simply do not care about their customers.

Their email says: “Call when you land and your car will be delivered in 25–35 minutes.” I called at 23:25 and was told it would actually be one hour – despite having a 2-hour drive ahead of us.
After passport control (about 10 minutes), I repeatedly called their number and was ignored. When the man finally picked up (07563 870088), he was unbelievably rude. I asked a simple question: “Where is the car? I’ll get an Uber to it.” He refused to help and kept insisting the driver was “in the car,” even though the car clearly wasn’t moving on my car app.
After a heated argument and nearly two hours of waiting, the car finally arrived at 1:20am – almost 2 hours after my initial call.
This company is unreliable, unprofessional and downright rude. I strongly advise you not to use them.

DO NOT USE! After waiting an hour and 35 mins for our car and numerous unanswered calls, the driver came racing into the car park. When he arrived and we quizzed him why it took so long he just sniggered. I wish I had read the reviews as everyone seems to have the same experience. They have no intentions of delivering your car quickly. Hardly meet and greet, would have been quicker to do park and ride. All seems very cheap online but it’s a total joke!

Awful experience
It’s rare for me to go out of my way to write a negative review for a company, but if I can save anyone from the hassle and rudeness we experienced, it would be worth it. As per the instruction from the company, we called 30 minutes prior to the time we needed to collect the car. After a few minutes of waiting, I called just to politely ask if the car was near. The response from Mike was, “I told you 40-45 minutes, calm it’s there”. Both of which were lies as he hadn’t told me that and as we are able to track our car, we soon realised it wasn’t at Gatwick. I called three more times over the next 10 minutes, every call ignored. Eventually my husband phoned and Mike was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional, lying when discussing the whereabouts of our car, and even swearing at my husband. The gentleman who drove eventually met us (an hour after our original call), was lovely, polite and apologetic about Mike’s behaviour. That said, I would never use this company again

I had an awful experience with service. The man who answered the phone (07563 870088) was extremely rude, argumentative, and even insulting. I ended up waiting for over an hour in the freezing cold with my three children. The way we were spoken to was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
You book this service I would spent 1/2 if I used the No one should be treated like this. I’ll never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
Absolute cowboys! Hidden cost
Absolute cowboys!! Stay away at all costs just not worth the stress. On arrival at the airport we made several calls ahead of the required 30 min lead time with no response. Eventually got hold of someone but the driver was not available and no clear instructions of where to park the car. When a driver was finally located we had to pay the £7 fee to exit the car park. On return we called on collecting our bags and made our way to the orange car park level 4, we had to make several calls for them to tell us our car was blocked in by another car! We waited 90 mins for our car in the cold with 2 small children they did not even apologise. Very bad customer service! Never again!

I am giving 2 stars because they arrived and took the car on time and delivered it back in a timely manner. However, I would not recommend or use this company again. They will not check your flight and if you dont ring them as soon as you land you will have a half an hour wait
You have to pay for the short stay for both drop off and arrival (£14 in total). Most companies will do this for you and we paid the price for this cheaper company.
Lastly, They left their fast food rubbish in the car and stuffed tissue in the front of the car.
I do not recommend at all.

Terrible Way to Run a Business
I made a reservation for parking a month before our trip. We arrived at 5:15 am and were told we had to leave because they were full. I was so shocked and told them I had a reservation and had paid. They basically said too bad and call the office for a refund. We then had to go to the airport and try to find parking. We almost missed the flight. I will NEVER use them again. Why do they make reservations, take your money, and then turn you away the day of your trip? Unacceptable

Hidden charges and thieves
Drop off was awful, really stressful, couldn't locate them at all, had to pay for them to exit, which wasn't made clear at booking, so add an additional £14 onto the cost because your car is exiting twice, I'm a type 1 diabetic so keep sweets in the glove box, they helped themselves to them, and they also helped themselves to my loose change pot where I keep money for carparks and £ coins for trolleys, that had been cleared out which I discovered when needing a £1 for the trolly.

I have no words for the disgusting service received from Fly Away parking ( also known as IPark )
On arrival I was kept waiting 40 mins after giving the advance phone call on the way. There was nowhere to leave the car safely on level 4 orange carpark as instructed and was told to go to level 5. There were no spaces there either so drive around 4 & 5 again until somebody left and a space was available. Either way other meet and greet there has always been parking bays and someone meeting me.
I phoned 5 times and finally someone came. I was then told that the carpark ticket had to be paid & it was now £10 not £7.
Firstly when I booked it did not mention this not being included until after I had paid all the other bookings I make sure there is no additional charge.
I refused to pay the extra £3 as I had been waiting for them to turn up.
No receipt was given, no collection slip, no check of car or mileage.
I returned 6/7 Oct
Flight arrived 11.45pm, no passport control queue, bags were out immediately and I called for my booked car drop off which was 12.30am
Firstly why do they not know the collection time and need to ask me ?it’s on the booking, and why do they not text you about a delay so you are aware in advance.
I was then told 1 hour
This was not good enough but the excuse of we are busy, there are roadworks blah blah was given.
I waited until 2.07am
I phoned numerous times and was told it’s on its way, oh another 30 minutes just lies. Phone was put down on me, and unacceptable attitude.
We were waiting with other disgruntled customers and that’s when we realised these cowboys trade u see different names using the same mobile number.
I had called again and told my car had left but thought id ask the driver of another car being dropped off.
He said he would help find the keys.
WHAT??
He was already in another car in front of my eyes so where was my car if it hadn’t left.
It is not appropriate or safe to leave women alone in a carpark at 2am
When my car finally arrived with the sane driver as the previous car I was furious

13 October I received a PCN from NCP Gatwick for £720.00 WTAF!!!!!
After checking on the NCP site there was CCTV of my car leaving the car park at 16.14 pm 6th October
I was still in Turkey
My car had been left by Fly Away in the orange car park for 10 days. They then tailgated another car out of Gatwick without paying the fee moving my car a few hours before I returned.
I had already paid the driver in person for exit the day I dropped off my car I wanted to pay in the machine but he said no they do that and I paid again at the barrier when I collected my car.
I am incandescent with rage.
I now have to go through the appeal process with a £720.00 fine hanging over me.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE trading under any name.
Rude Staff
Rubbish service, transfer staff are either rude or smell of BO, no excuse for that. Have used them multiple times, probably 6 or 7, but will go elsewhere now. The last driver bringing us back from the international terminal didn't want to take us as there were only 3 seats by 5 of us, but we were in 2 cars, so we just jumped in anyway.
