Thank you for choosing a good hotel, everything was cozy, the food was varied and very tasty, champagne was served for breakfast 🍾, the sea is clean, there is a beautiful embankment nearby, where you can take a walk in the evening. My daughter and I really liked it 😊

I just returned from an unforgettable vacation at the Grand Bavaro Princess in Punta Cana, and I absolutely loved it! Incredible white-sand beaches, crystal-clear sea, and impeccable service. Every day was filled with joy, from sumptuous dinners to relaxing spa treatments. And with the tour operator Fly Joy UK (Mary Magdalene), the entire process was perfect: professionalism, support at every stage, and complete confidence that you were in good hands. I recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the harmony and luxury of the Caribbean!

I’m deeply grateful to Sofia and the entire Fly&Joy team for helping us choose a tour that matched our wishes perfectly in every single aspect. The hotel, the service, the guidance – everything exceeded our expectations.

Sofia’s communication was incredibly fast, thoughtful, and precise – something you rarely experience even with well-known British travel companies. It was truly impressive. She showed us that Ukrainian service can not only match but surpass international standards.

We will definitely be booking with Fly&Joy again in the future – and recommending them to our friends without hesitation. Thank you for making our holiday smooth, joyful, and worry-free!
