I want to thank Fly&Joy and especially the manager Ksenia for a well-organized vacation. Ksenia chose a very good option for us. The hotel was wonderful, new, always clean and delicious, a variety of food, as well as a very good location, a few minutes and you are on the beach. Ksenia was always in touch and answered all questions. The vacation was great. I hope we will also plan our next vacation with her. Thank you

Our consultant is Nadia and she managed greatly combining all our family together travelling from different countries. We got a proper recommendation and advice when needed. We had a brilliant private transfer and a great hotel. Nadia cared so much , checking terminal we are flying from and the rest. I felt cared about and didn’t have to worry. I’ve got all the information right in time ( plus reminders about travel insurance etc). Strongly recommend and will use her services in future!

I want to thank Fly&Joy, and especially Angelica, for a well-organised vacation for our family on the island of Rhodes, Greece❤️. We have been cooperating with Anzhelika 🥰for three years and every time she helps in all matters, always in touch 24/7. I want to say that this is a person who knows his job😊, answers all the questions and it was very nice to hear beautiful words on my husband and I's wedding anniversary that fell on our vacation. I don't know how Angelica manages to remember everything, but she is really an amazing person🌹Thank you very much for her support, attention and for always supporting us at every step of our journeys♥️♥️

We had an absolutely amazing holiday in Majorca , all thanks to Kseniya Tkalich. From the very beginning, she took care of every single detail, from booking the perfect seaside hotel to organizing seamless transfers. The communication was excellent, and she tailored everything to our preferences. It was completely stress-free, and we could just relax and enjoy the sea. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. The hotel was fantastic and everything went exactly as planned. We will definitely book with you again!

would like to sincerely thank Fly&Joy and especially my travel consultant Nadiia Tkachuk for an excellent holiday!
I spent 7 wonderful nights at H10 Tindaya in Fuerteventura, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The organisation was smooth, the support was attentive and professional, and Nadiia was always helpful and responsive.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the food was excellent with a great variety, the weather was beautiful, and the ocean was warm and clean. I really enjoyed every day of my stay.
Thank you for making my holiday so enjoyable. I will definitely book with Fly&Joy again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable travel agency.

Many Thanks for arranging an amazing trip to Tenerife! The manager Nadiya was very informative, supportive and paid attention to all our questions. Definitely will use Fly&Joy for our future trips!

It was an unforgettable vacation at Zeus Hotels Ydoria Resort
Adelianos Kampos, Rethymno, Crete/Greece. The staff greeted us warmly and everything was incredibly wonderful during our stay. Another big plus was that there were three adult pools and one of the pools had water slides, which was very suitable for our son🙂🙂🙂. Our tour operator was in touch with us from the beginning to the end of the holidays. If I were asked if I would choose Fly&Joy travel agency again, I would answer YES without hesitation!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mariia Anikina for making both my Amsterdam and Rome trips such wonderful experiences.

Mariia put so much care and effort into every detail — from finding hotels that suited me and keeping the costs reasonable, to providing my boarding passes and making sure everything was organised. What touched me most was how genuinely she cared about me throughout the trips: checking that I was alright, worrying about my transfers, making sure I reached each destination safely, and even caring about my safe return and landing back in London.

What makes my experience with Fly and Joy so special is this warm, cosy and genuinely human atmosphere in our communication.

There is a wonderful mutual understanding between Mariia and me, and I always feel that she truly listens and understands what I need.

For me, this is far more than simply arranging a holiday. It is about trust, care, attention and feeling that there is someone on the other side of the chat who genuinely has your back. ❤️

This warm feeling is exactly why I keep coming back to MARIIA ANIKINA IN FLY AND JOY!

It doesn't feel like just a travel chat anymore.

Somehow, you've made it feel like home. ❤️

I had a very positive experience with Fly&Joy. The support was always there, and everything was clear, well-organized, and easy to understand. It also felt very warm and comfortable because the agent was Ukrainian and understood everything perfectly. The whole trip went at the highest level, smoothly and without any problems. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this agency!

My husband, 14 year old daughter and I vacationed in Slovenia this year. The impressions were wonderful, the organization of the tour was at the highest level. We recommend it!

It was an absolutely amazing holiday and so comfortable for us 😍

Tenerife is now our new love ❤️ We managed to see Mount Teide, visit the historic town of Garachico, and also went to Siam Park — it was absolutely WOOOW 🫣😂 The emotions and adrenaline were incredible!

Monkey Park was also really lovely 🐒☺️
We went for a ride along the promenade on electric scooters, visited several different beaches, and simply enjoyed the atmosphere of the island 😍

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! There were different swimming pools, including heated ones — exactly what I love 😂

And the all-inclusive was honestly amazing: everything was delicious, the cocktails were incredible, and they looked so Instagram-worthy too 😅☺️

And a very special, huge thank you to you, Ksenia, for your patience, professionalism and wonderful work ❤️ You really convinced me to come here, and I’m so grateful to you for that! 🥰 Thanks to this holiday, we got so many amazing emotions and unforgettable memories 🌴☀️

Thank you so much! ❤️

Very nice choice of holiday we got given also very trustable used this company for a long time and don’t regret

Hello!

We had a wonderful stay at Calimera Serra Palace. We travelled as a family: my husband, our 6-year-old child, my husband’s parents, and me.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The water slides, the beach, and the delicious, varied food were all excellent.

The only small downside was that the room didn’t include shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. However, considering the price of the hotel, this was a very minor issue.

In terms of value for money, I would definitely rate this hotel 10/10.

A special thank you to our travel manager, Sofia, for recommending such a great hotel. Everything matched our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our holiday. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent service!

Highly recommended! 😊

I would like to sincerely thank you for organizing such a wonderful holiday! Everything was planned down to the smallest detail, from the booking process to our journey back home. The hotel fully met our expectations, the transfers were smooth and convenient, and all of your travel recommendations were extremely helpful.

A special thank you for your care, professionalism, and continuous support throughout the trip. Thanks to you, our holiday was easy, comfortable, and filled with wonderful memories. We will be happy to book with you again in the future and will gladly recommend your services to our friends and family!

We had another fantastic holiday organised by Maria at Fly&Joy, and once again everything was perfect from start to finish.

This wasn't our first holiday booked with Maria, and every experience has been excellent. She really takes the time to understand what we're looking for and always finds great options. This time she recommended the Occidental Jandía Mar in Playa de Jandía, Fuerteventura, and it was exactly what we wanted. The hotel had plenty to keep our three-year-old daughter entertained, making it a wonderful family holiday.

Maria also managed to get us an amazing deal. We made a small change to our travel dates, and she found an option that gave us two extra days for an even better price. One thing we especially appreciated was that she chose flights at ideal times, so our daughter was able to nap on both journeys. The flights were smooth, and everyone arrived feeling rested, which made such a difference when travelling with a young child.

Thank you, Maria, for another unforgettable holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Fly&Joy again and highly recommend Maria to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful and genuinely caring travel consultant.

I enjoy working Fly&joy for 3 years. I am very grateful to Fly&joy and especially Maria. I always have 24/7 support. It was 3 years ago they organised the amazing trip to Spain. I had many requirements and conditions for the tour and all of them were met at reasonable prices. This year I wanted to spend time with my family at the same country and the same hotel. Because I remembered about my last holiday. Maria organised our trip very quickly and with great attention to us. My parents have never been to this place. It was exciting for them. Maria always was always in touchand always provided support even when she was in the hospital. I am really grateful to her amd and Fly&joy. My parents had problems in aeroport. But Maria made their problems faster. We look forward to new amazing tours with Fly&joy and Maria.

I want to thank the company Fly&Joy especially manager Ksenia. Extremely professional, and everything was perfectly planned, organised and the trip was amazing.
