Absolutely love FluentU! Being both a language instructor and a student, I compared different services and went with FluentU due to its superior vocabulary tools. With my flipped-classroom style, I plan to recommend FluentU to every one of my students.

Lhea was able to explain to me about some glitches in the FluentU program. She gave me a simple explanation to solve the problem.

I’m a polyglot and I’m happy to find FluentU- App!
This App is very good for me, cause I can exercise all my languages in the same place. In that way I feel myself better and accepted!

I saw some opinions that on the App. there are many repeated exercises, but that’s positive. There is a saying: Ripetita juvant!

As a polyglot, I’ve learned that one needs to trust one’s brain and let it take on the right amount of challenge in order to make real progress. Confidence is essential!

Later on, when one just wants to stay in shape, can afford to be more relaxed and keep going!
So, the last is my case!

I’m working on: English, French, Russian, Italian, German, Chinese mandarin! And I feel very proud of myself and happy to share my progress with all persons involved in language learning!

Usama helped me via email. The assistance was responsive, professional, required some research which was accomplished very quickly and a solution was found far faster than I expected.
In times when companies leave you on hold while endlessly repeating how important your call is, or never return an email request, or the Contact Us page goes to a 404 error message, it was a pleasure working with Usama.

I loved using the platform. Recently I was too busy to use it and forgot to cancel my subscription - the helpdesk was super useful and helped me to get my refund.

Some overseas travel and another hiccough destroyed my seven year streak although I had indeed completed sessions as usual. FluenU staff came to my aid, restored my streak, bolstering my will to continue without interruption, and they were helpful and pleasant in doing so. Thanks guys!

Great content in this app! If there is a glitch, tech support is very helpful and sticks with the problem until it is resolved. This is a great companion to Duolingo, and more realistic too. Hope they add more languages soon too.

As a language school, we used FluentU in the past and were very satisfied with the quality of their content and support. I’m confident that we will return to using FluentU in the future. I highly reccomend it!

The videos,quizzes and capability to create your own lists from the material are excellent. The daily target setting is also very handy.
Having progressed beyond DuoLingo, FluentU is the app that I use every day.

I love the ethos of the team creating this platform. They are so helpful and kind, which I would like to see more of on the internet! they lead with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough! I think they will go from strength to strength, as they are so open to feedback and some of their ideas are so engaging, for instance watching well known video clips, with subtitles. I wish them the very best!

Very confusing website, difficult to understand how to access content and how to use. Not organized well.
Although I really liked the idea of watching videos with subtitles and explanations, I find it is much easier to use Duolingo or Rosetta Stone.
I keep getting emails about some new content they have added, but no explanation of how to access that new content.
So I find myself going to DuoLingo or Rosetta Stone for a quick daily lesson instead of FluentU...
At this point I won't be renewing the contract.

I'm just starting to learn Russian and find FluentU to be extremely helpful. The reasons are too numerous to list but I feel that a difficult language is becoming achievable. The responses to my questions are very quick and friendly.

I jumped on the free trial for two weeks and absolutely love it. I am nine days in of the 14 and committed to 50 minutes a day which I have hit most of the days so far it’s easy and fun and interactive. I like the graphics 100% recommend! Also, their customer support was fantastic when I was confused for a second they got back to me within probably five minutes!!

I am learning Spanish.
On the whole I would say of myself I am bad at languages - I struggle with remembering words well enough so I can recall them and use them in conversations. The fact that I have progressed so well in Spanish these past 5 years is mostly down to fluentu. There is something about the way that the learning engine is designed that works for me. I sit down usually 5 times a week and as I work through the conversations and situations words just 'click'. There is so much to recommend here to other students who are serious about a foreign language.

I have been using FluentU for some weeks now and find it an excellent learning platform. I regard myself as being at an intermediate level and most of my learning has been from written material. FluentU provides that opportunity but has the distinct advantage of also providing choices of thousands of video clips with spoken language. It also has very useful quizzes that allow you to review the mistakes you make. It costs less than a cup of coffee per week and is more helpful than any other app I've tried.
