Excellent quality Daphs and tulips. Arrived a little later than expected, but probably due to the Christmas parcel backlog. Can't wait to see the results in Spring.

I ordered pot luck bulb offer in December (as I have done in previous years). Cannot fault the communication or the speed and simplicity of the delivery. The quality of the bulbs is excellent.
Last year's order gave a stunning display in spring 2020.
I know from my own experience that bizarre things can happen re delivery by the courier in this country.

Recent purchase of a job lot offer of mixed bulbs arrived safely, promptly, in good condition and are now about to be planted. Last year's purchase of the same item was delayed (allegedly because of Brexit and UK customs) but this year that does not appear to be a problem and all is well with no delays. The bulbs look good as well so fingers crossed for a good show in the spring.

I have the same issue than the other people in here. I paid £50+ ordered end of November but still haven't received anything. Sent them emails, no response at all. I dont know that they just took my money, and won't send anything. Very disappointed. I wish I was read these comments before I purchased it... :(

Ordered £50 of bulbs on 1st October. Zilch. Emails re delay in supplies, complained. Said the were despatched 10 days ago. Zilch. Nowhere on the website to check your orders. Reverted to PayPal to get my money back

Appalling service - no delivery - no communication - no response to emails - - buy your bulbs somewhere else!! This is a cowboy outfit.

Bulbs ordered were so so late arrving. The site advertises fast delivery and this was not the case by a long stretch. No answers to querying emails..so in effect no customer service.Site looks so inviting and I was taken in for the first time..Will not use again due to far too slow delivery after money taken and zero customer service to answer queries

AVOID. This company is Dutch, not UK, and has an impressive website.However it does not match its claims.
I ordered a fair amount of bulbs and after a few days received an email informing me they have shipped.
There was no information regarding carrier and no tracking information.
I sent in a contact form and requested that info. They said they would respond in 24 hours. They didn't.
On checking Ekomi I found dozens of similar unsatisfied reviews also wondering if they lost their money. Tried phoning but they're only around in morning.They may be busy/disorganised or your order is at risk. Without info hard to tell.

If there was the chance to leave zero stars I would. Waited weeks for my delivery and received tiny, poor quality plants in very bad condition. 3 plants in my original order were exchanged for bog standard poor quality cheap alternatives. Paid £57 including shipping and have less than £5 worth of salvageable plants. Have messaged customers service with photos but have received no response. Save your time and money go elsewhere. Poor service and quality.

Over a month wait and after 2 weeks in transit, plants were dead or dying & covered in green fly!

I ordered from Flowerbulbs.inc.uk and assumed that they would be despatched from the Uk, but they come from Holland. The order took weeks to arrive, and when it did the majority of the plants were dead and 1 item was missing. I took photos as proof of this.
Be aware that if you have a problem it is up to you to pay for the return postage. They said that they would refund me only on their return. As it would cost more to post them back than the amount I was claiming I couldn’t get a refund, despite sending them the proof of the dead plants.
They did offer to refund me for the missing item, but I was still left out of pocket.
I would not recommend this supplier.

Ordered bulbs on the 17/04 as website stated throughout the ordering process that they offered next day delivery. Confirmation email stated 12 working days which at a push would have been fine for the £100+ worth of bulbs ordered. Fast forward to the 02/05 and after countless emails via the website, and emails to various Koeman emails and them bouncing back I’m having to pursue a refund via PayPal as no dispatch and no response to any of my requests.

During the process of placing my order the website stated order today - delivery tomorrow.
The day after placing my order, I have now received an order pending email.
I would not shop here again, as the website is clearly misleading!
Terrible service, shop elsewhere !!

Does this company exist? Ordered bulbs on 8th August, every day I get a message stating my order has been delayed by another day. And they don't answer messages on their site
