Really great bulbs, arrived quickly, tip top condition,

It was a little confusing getting several notices from you until the notice of the exact delivery day came from the delivery company...I was asked how I wanted the delivere and I anwered ¨by ombud¨. I went to the ombud after a couple o dsays, but they could not find neither my name nor the package...Then I finally got the dat of delivery and notice that it was to be brought to my door. It came this morning, brought by a polite and pleasant young man...

I’m happy with the quality and delivery but not with the service. I’m Irish living in France. I changed the language option from French to English as it made it easier to find the plants that I wanted. I didn’t realise that it also converted prices eg €9.98 became £9.98. So although I ordered with a French Visa card to a French address I was charged in £ which were then converted to € costing me an extra €10.32. I challenged this by email and have received no response.

Arrived on time and now mostly planted. Very happy with the plants and the service.

I made an online purchase on March 5th.. Since I am told it arrived in the UK on March 10th and now no one knows where it is and having asked for a refund I have been refused .. really not acceptable

The site was easy to purchase from. There was an excellent choice and layed out in such a way as to be easy to find what you needed. Payment method was easy. They kept me informed about my order and where it was. Plants arrived on time and in good condition.

I received my begonia bulbs very quickly and was kept informed of their progress via email. The quality seems fine and I have planted them but obviously have to wait for results, hence 4 star review is for dispatch and receipt only.

I have ordered from this company at least five times. The products they sell are of excellent quality. The communication I receive is always very good, my orders always arrive when they say they will, without any problems. They are well packed and I usually receive them within a week to ten days. I shall certainly be ordering again as I would not buy anywhere else. I am amazed at some of the reviews given here.

Great bulbs. Good quality and great deals. Despite coming from Holland, NO Brexit issues. Came in a few days.

Bought bulbs from this company last year and again recently and both times were excellent quality at unbelievable prices and delivered by Parcel Force in a few days. first Class all round.

second time I've bought bulbs from here. All the spring bulbs I ordered last time have at least budded, and many flowered. The summer bulb order arrived Tuesday, beautifully packed,, and I planted them yesterday. I haven't read the negative reviews, but my experience has been very positive. Any queries I have had, both about the order, and advice, have been answered quickly, and efficiently. Maybe I have just been lucky, but with the service I have experienced, I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

I was a bit nervous looking at previous poor reviews but took a chance and ordered martagon lilly bulbs at a very good price. I thought they may be delayed at the UK border as we are only a couple of weeks past Brexit but they arrived within the 9 day timescale advised, were well packed and are good sized healthy looking bulbs so I am highly delighted. P&P charges are a little high and there was no indication of the size of the bulbs (in cms) on the website like other suppliers but worth the risk and I will definitely order from Flowerbulbs inc again.
