Sadly the posy I'd ordered wasn't delivered on the date ordered. No despatch details. Thinking maybe it's a scam. Tried e-mailing, no reply - tried calling no answer. Shame as they looked like nice products.
...And so it appears that FlowerBe do exist. They wrote saying they had a technical glitch and had sent out the flowers - which have now been received. Very nice they are too. I still don't know why they couldn't answer the phone or why they couldn't tell me before today that there was a technical glitch. Would I buy from them again - low possible chance.

Super pressie for my friend's birthday, great service arrived on time,value for money.

The flowers arrive on time and the receiver was very pleased they were as seen in the picture

Subscribed to a monthly bouquet thought it looked cute and not a bad price however the reality was a box of wilted flowers heads missing not what I expected!!!! I gave them a second chance with the next month nothing arrived on my day of delivery 3 times I tried to contact nothing eventually got a response and told it would arrive soon it did but again poor quality lasted 4 days until I had to bin cancelled my subscription poor customer service not good quality flowers very disappointed 😞

I recently ordered a flower arrangement from FlowerBe as a gift, but what arrived looked nothing like the advertised photo. It was a huge disappointment, especially since it was meant for a special occasion. I was embarrassed by the poor quality and the stark difference from what was promised.

I contacted FlowerBe to resolve the issue but received no response at all. Other reviews are right—their customer service is absolutely terrible. The product was almost as bad. I’ll be seeking advice from Trading Standards.

Avoid this company and take your business elsewhere!

FlowerBe are simply the best letterbox flowers, I have sent numerous flowers from this company, the flowers are long lasting, and elegant. they are the perfect size for a thank you or a thinking of you. would highly recommend.

My friend was delighted with her posy, she said every time she looks at the flowers they bring both joy and pleasure.
A great way to let someone know how much you are thinking of them.

Good value for money, arrived on time

It was a gift and I bought the vase too. The recipient loved it, hadn't seen the company before and made a note for future use.
Delivered safely and when I stupidly forgot to give the wording for the card, I emailed and it was dealt with straightaway

Since exploring how to make contact, I have come across several other customers with the same complaint

£20 for a box of scrawny weedlike flowers that were sent to the wrong address. Tbh I'm relieved they did not go to mother, it would have been very embarrassing!

Very disappointing. The flowers in the posy are not good quality. They were mainly tiny daisy-like sprays and look like wild flowers. They looked half dead when they arrived and didn't revive. The sender would be extremely disappointed if they had seen them.
I certainly will not be using this company to send flowers to anyone.

Bought a small bouquet for a friend - it looked quite nice online - not huge but a decent size with reasonably long stems in a normal size vase. When it arrived, the stems were about 6 inches long and the flowers were the most miserable I’ve ever seen. It was just large enough to fit into a large wine glass. I was embarrassed to have sent them too my friend. With postage, it cost me just under £20 which isn’t a fortune but not so cheap either. I’ve bought better online for less money. I won’t ever use FlowerBe again.

Delighted to have found this lovely business. I bought a botanical posy, delivered today, the recipient was delighted with them. I've been told they smell wonderful and that the posy was a good size too. I received timely updates, knew when the posy had been dispatched and knew what time the posy would arrive. Faultless.
