A very late review from November 2024, reminded myself only as I’ve gone to rebook with the brilliant Nathan!

Very quick in responding to any queries, goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. Very competitive pricing and conditions, will be using again (currently in the process of rebooking)

We had a Hyundai Palisades, was very brand new when we’ve picked them up at Tampa Airport (Alamo). Very luxurious and nice to drive and good on fuel

I used these guys for my car hire in florida back in october. I booked an Volvo xc 90, 6 months before, as the price changed they cancelled and rebooked for me at least twice, Saving me a total of £170 on original booking. The checked in with me before travelling out. When i arrived after a 9 hour flight i was struggling to find the toll pass i needed to prevent the risk of excess charges. Nathan directed me via whats app to the machine and gave me instructions on how to activate it. even when it must have been about 2am in england where they are based. I got to choose an audi q7 in the end it was amazing with no hidden charges even though I went through many tolls. When i had to return the car again nathan gave me instructions via whats app. Car hire can be considered expensive but with these guys it was exceptional service with no upsellling, fast track, no hidden charges and constant support when needed. I will be using again next year BZ !

The man is a genius! Absolutely everything about this car hire worked like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble for Nathan and he really did go above and beyond to make sure that the car rental all went smoothly with no hiccups. It was the personal touches that were priceless! Cannot recommend this company enough and would certainly suggest that this is the first port of call for anyone looking to rent a car before looking anywhere else. Booked for the first time following numerous recommendations. Saved about £600 on the price that we were quoted for car hire by Virgin Holidays, by booking with Florida Car hire for less. Unrivalled customer service and refunded the difference without any quibble after initially booking, when I saw that the price had dropped!! He was way cheaper than everyone else. We hired a Ford expedition for 7 passengers which had plenty of space. He recommended Alamo who were also great. Their toll pass system was so easy and hassle free. All insurance was included and we will 100% be using Nathan at car hire for less on all future trips.

Whole process was brilliant. Sometime after booking I checked back on the website for prices and I could save money by cancelling and rebooking which was made easy and straight forward. Paperwork provided was spot on and made it plain what was included and what wasn’t, also what to beware of when completing the paperwork at the desk. Would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them every time I need to hire a car.

We hired a car from these guy 2 weeks ago and they were great to deal with. We had booked a few months ago and then changed our booking and it was no hassle. Even accommodated us to leave the car at a different location, again no hassle to them. When we arrived at the airport I couldn't find my booking and sent Nathan a text forgetting we were now 5 hrs behind and it was the early hours of the morning back home. However a short time later a number rang me back and it was Nathan from Florida car hire checking we got sorted. I highly recommend them as they go above and beyond to help. Especially Nathan.
