Flooring Hut Anmeldelser

Must say i cant fault the service i get from Flooring Hut. Always deliver on the date that's arranged and a great price too.

I chose this company because their pricing was fair and reviews were good. When I wanted to add to the order they were helpful, they didn’t charge me another delivery charge even though they sent it through a different courier.

Helpful, knowledgeable, competitive pricing and quick drlivery

Very quick delivery. :)

Excellent quality product.

We purchased flooring from the flooring hut and the item arrived well packaged and a helpful delivery driver who was happy to drop through our side gate into the back garden.

Best sheet vinyl flooring we've purchased, will definietly use again!

Great price & speedy delivery of carpet tiles. Would definitely use again.

Ordered 4 boxes of Karndean which arrived super quick.. actually a day earlier than expected. Only used 3 boxes so once I had contacted the team at Flooring Hut, I simply sent the box back which was quickly followed by a full refund. Comms with the company was extremely prompt and I will certainly use Flooring Hut again.

Recently purchased some Karndean flooring, excellent quality, matches the rest of the flooring we have. Delivered on time, nothing was damaged. I ordered 1 too many boxes, which the Flooring Hut took back and refunded immediately. Great product, great company, thoroughly recommend them.

Great communication, great pricing and extremely helpful

Nothing much to say. Good quality and quick.

Excellent service, quality product at a great price. Delivery was excellent and on time.

Service from Flooring Hut is excellent however FedEx failed to deliver on the date they advised stating access not available but no attempt was made

A very good transaction with Flooring Hut all the way through, from helpful sales staff on the phone before I bought through a straightforward on-line purchase to a quick delivery, all at a good price too. It's good to find a company that actually delivers good customer service and support when there are so many that just pay it lip service.

Great product, very competitive price and delivered on time- Would highly recommend

I manage a business centre (rented office space) and always use Flooring Hut for office carpet tiles, which tend to need replacing quite often. The costs are competitive with free delivery on larger orders. It's easy to order online and at checkout you have the option/link to pay by BACS/Pro forma invoice. Which as a business we need.............Never had a deliver or customer service issue. Following placing an order a confirmation email is received

It wasn't that all went without a hitch, but the response by Paul at Flooring Hut to the problems that came up with the order was very good and the order arrived to my satisfaction and with goodwill on their part including on price. So I'd certainly go through them again.

Excellent price, quick service and everything as expected. Had to have a split delivery but kept informed and was easily able to reschedule 2nd item.

Excellent service, quality product at a great price and good communication throughout the whole process.
Thank you

An excellent website covering a large range of products. Telephone enquiry dealt with very promptly and effectively. Quick delivery of my order which sadly had been undermeasured from my side by one pack. With the fitters champing at the bit to finish the job Flooring Hut saved the day very quickly by sending a single additional pack by special courier. Excellent service.
