Not at all relaxing
I'm afraid I couldn't describe the experience as remotely relaxing. The floatation tanks have a really strong current, not as strong as a hot tub, but same sort of thing. In the pitch black this current moves you around you contact the sides of the tank with your limbs and head. I found I had to brace against the sides to stop movement and it was hardly relaxing

Always a pleasure to have a float
Always a pleasure to have a float. I have a membership and visit monthly. Special mention to Sarah at Vauxhall, she is so lovely and helpful, always goes above and beyond to ensure the experience is the best it can be.

Relaxing Floatation, Bad Customer Service
The floatation experience is relaxing, however the customer service is the total opposite.
I was overcharged when signing up for membership and had to email three times and call once before someone got back to me to resolve the issue.
I then chose to cancel my membership and again had to email THREE times before I received a response. Not good enough.

floats expire!
The sensation of floating is amazing and the sessions are great.
The only problem is that floats expire....
I bought x3 floats and did 2 within 2.5 months I only found out they expire when I went to book my last float.
Not sure why floats have a 3-month usage?
I didn't receive a notification that my floats were going to expire? From the booking, it wasn't clear that they had an expiry.
I really enjoy floating, but because of this, I will be using another provider for my floats.
