These sandals fit really well and are so comfortable. They feel as if I have had them for ages, not at all like brand new shoes usually do.

Order arrived in poor condition. Dirty, dusty and look like they have been either worn already or thrown around in a dirty warehouse. Send numerous emails to customer service to which I am still awaiting reply. No returns slip or any option online on returns policy apart from the email that they do not reply to. Do not waste your money and go elsewhere!

I returned the shoes - nothing wrong with them but too small. I sent them almost a week ago and haven't had any communication from Flip flop shop. I'm reserving judgement at the moment.

If I could put 0 stars I would!! I placed an order with them and was sent an email to say that my parcel had been shipped with Royal Mail, but yet did not give me a shipping number so I couldn’t track my parcel. 2 weeks go bye and I was getting really concerned about my parcel and why it hadn’t arrived yet. I sent them a email asking if they could try to find where my parcel was, but had no reply. I tried contacting them via their website but it just kept taking me back to their email, and all I wanted was to call someone. When I did call them, the automated call just kept reading me the same bullsh** from their website and taking me back to the useless email. I went onto all their social media, sending them messages, I even tried commenting on some of their posts to get a response but nothing!!
The day before I was due to fly out on holiday, my aunt (in the same household) realised that one of her parcels (from a different company) was also delayed. So she went into her emails to try and see where it was, and eventually managed to track the parcel. There in the email was a picture of her parcel, delivered into the black bin outside our front door, and underneath it was my missing parcel!!! Unfortunately that picture was taken the week before, and our bin had been emptied by the dustbin truck, so our brand new parcels had been lost and destroyed. Now I know this is the delivery man’s fault because he never knocked; or pressed our ring doorbell, he never left a note to say where it was, and he could have quite easily just left the parcel by the door or in our woodshed! But I am disappointed in Flip flop shop, because I have tried for the last 2 months to contact them about my parcel so that I can get a refund! I can only get a refund from Royal Mail if Flip Flop shop contacts them about the incident, but they have not replied to any of my emails, and have just ignored me the whole time. If they had sent me a tracking number in the first place, I would have been able to see that the parcel had been delivered, and would have tried to look for it.. although I would have never guess the idiot postman put it in the bin!!

So if you have a problem with your order and want to contact them, goodluck. You’ll most likely never hear from them.

Ordered a pair of men's Havaianas some months ago for the summer, their delivery courier is DHL..
I clearly stated in the checkout 'if no one is at home then to leave in a specified place' NOT just by the wall of my house which is on a busy path and main road.
After some days I contacted them to ask where this parcel had got to, they informed me with an upside down picture of my wall with the parcel left there. They hadn't even tried to knock the door as I had checked my CCTV.
Low and beyond the parcel wasn't there when I returned home, to this day I still haven't heard back from them except for the first 2 emails nor have I received my parcel or a refund.
Terrible service

Bought Havana flip flops only 3 months ago. They have fallen apart. My old exact same pair from shops last 2 years!

Do not buy from this company!! Terrible customer service and not convinced of their products authenticity. Purchased Havaiana Lunas in May this year, only worn over the summer and the toe thong broke leaving me unable to walk and having to quickly dash to a shoe shop. I own at least 5 pairs of Havaianas and so do my daughters and have never experienced any problems. Their customer service advisor has refused to replace or refund saying it’s just wear & tear. Not happy!!

Shocking, please don’t bother. I never normally leave reviews good or bad but feel compelled to warn others.
Wrong size sent Havianas men’s. They refused to admit mistake and I had to pay £7 postage to return. Spoke with 2 people both arrogant and not bothered or clearly not trained in any sort of customer service or professional training. Look elsewhere even if it cost a couple of quid more.

Quality of flipflops are good, happy with the purchase and delivered promptly.

They have not processed my return they are waiting for the clock to wind down so they don’t have to refund the item disgraceful avoid this company no date on the order and £5 for delivery just ignored my request
