FlightHub promised my refund by August 27th ( per my cancelation invoice) ,but I still haven't received it.This delay feels like you are taking advantage of my money # FlightHub
Purchase a ticket for an international…
Purchase a ticket for an international flight, I was told ticket is not refundable and then I ask for seats mentioned that I was not able to see the airplane layout to select the seats. The agent right away said he will select the for me, tld the cost for each seat which I said it was too much. Then when I saw what seats he selected I called the airline directly and the airline agent gave me different seats for free. When I saw the email confirmation from flight hub I noticed that it was besides of the cost of the seats and additional fee of $99.00 for placing the seats. The is a total misrepresentation from Flight Hub as they never disclosure that would be a fee for placement besides of the cost of each seat.
I contacted them I keep saying that ticket and seats are not refundable.
I will never use Flight Hub for any reason.
WORD OF CAUTION! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY
Please do not book through this company for your own sanity. I booked a flight through Flighthub to go see my son. I decided to check the flight with WestJet a month before when I was booking for another family member to join me in my travels, when I noticed my first name was joined with my second name in my booking with WestJet without a space. I was able to establish between my emails, screenshots and talking to WestJet that it was FlightHub’s error. Westjet advised FlightHub could request the change but I couldn’t because they booked it. Flighthub wanted to charge me despite the fact it was their error, and when I said I was not paying for their error they said they couldn’t change it and tried to blame WestJet’s policies. They then tried to make it sound like they could potentially change it but only if I provided them with a copy of my passport despite the fact I didn’t need it to book and nothing changed on my end in the booking. I ended up having to rebook and pay for the entire flight again with a total loss because of FlightHub. I read online I am not their first victim and FlightHub does this to try to add additional fees. I also don’t trust a company that has made an error but then asks for a copy of your passport to correct their error despite the fact none of my booking information changed (I don’t provide copies of my passport to anyone but government and the airlines). I have never had issues like this with a booking company. Do not book with FlightHub if you want a seamless and reliable booking and trip. Poor quality and no accountability unless you want to waste your precious time going through a complaint process. They are clearly not a reputable or reliable company and give booking companies a bad name. I will never book outside an airline because of this experience.

No STARS !!! Customer service is AI, there is no humans to talk to. I purchased cancelation insurance but was charged $150 to cancel within there cancelation window. DO NOT USE FLIGHT HUB!!!

I was charged 213.00 over the listed price. I was held hostage while purchasing a ticket. An error kept appearing that my card was declined. I tried refreshing the window and so forth. I was on the phone with my bank and credit company they assured me that there were no issues with my card. A magic window opened and stated that the price had risen during the process. The bank said my card might get locked so I should try one more time or i might have to go through a whole process to get it straightened . I felt pressured by the whole situation. After the purchase i called Flight hub. I had a talk with an agent after going back and forth. He stated that if i waited 24 hours until the ticket was issued i could call back for a refund in order not to lose my cancellation fee. I called 24 hrs later and the agent said that the other agent was mistaken and advised me to keep the original ticket or risk not getting anything else or worse. The price went back to the original price right after i purchased the ticket and is even cheaper at air Canada. I used Flight hub in the past, but i can no longer trust them.
Hidden Charges, Refund Scam
They asked me if I wanted to pay for seats, I said no and it completed the transaction. After the transaction was complete it asked me again if I wanted to pick my seats, this time it didn't mention any charge until after I picked my seats. I was then charged an extra 300$ for the seats I just picked. I contacted the support, which was an AI, I told the AI I wanted a refund on the seats and it cancelled my entire purchase with no refund. After several hours on hold with customer support I received a 50% refund. In the end I got nothing for my 1000$

Je suis actuellement à Medellin avec une réservation en poche pour un départ de Bogota vers Montréal le 11 septembre2025. Sur le site de AIR CAN ns pouvons savoir ,7 jours à l'avance, si notre vol aura ou pas lieu. Et sur les propos d'air Canada on ns confirme qu'en cas de non vol, Air Canada nous trouvera un vol de remplacement,mais selon des variables qui pourraient même aller à ne pas trouver de vol de remplacement!!!!
Et tu viens de quitter ton hotel ou ton apartement pour te retrouver sans réservation,,,malette en mains pour un voyage de retour planifié depuis 3 mois.
Mai où est le problème avec ces deux fournisseurs de service qui ont ton argent qui sera selon eux irrécupérable? Et combien dépenseras tu pour ....te trouver un autre vol...une autre chambre...et un autre billet tout cela à cause de deux complices qui semblent se répartir ton argent dans une harmonie totale mais qui s'effacent au moment de te rembourser?
Et le contact avec la formation algorithmique est simplement horrible : répétitive, se limite à ses réponses programmées...et impossible de joindre le vivant du service...sans doute perdu son poste?
Des voleurs...oui ... tant et aussi longtemps qu'ils n'ont pas restitué l'argent qui t'appartient en plus de te mettre dans les ambarras. Et pour après….un client en moins.
Flighthub stole $7000 from me…
I purchased refundable flight tickets from this website. I had to cancel the flight because the destination airport got closed. The flighthub didn’t refund me. They deducted $1000 from the original payment and gave me a restricted travel credit to use within one year from the issue date. I tried to book a new flight but the terrible AI : Mila, every time denied to do it. This website is disaster, you can’t contact a live customer service agent. Mila should connect you to a live agent and it takes several hours. After several days that it wasted my time Mila said my travel credit doesn’t exist anymore. It’s totally scam. Flighthub stole $7000 from me.

Least Priority Service and Top Priority Is Charges
Top priority is to take money and when it comes to service its there least priority. I have had horrible experience in our recent journey and ruining our entire trip. I had to contact them several times and try it yourself requesting a refund and there is absolutely noway. They take no responsibility and asking to contact airlines for a complaint about them. After being informed of a major schedule change to my inbound flight (HYD–DEL–YYZ), I selected the June 19 travel date to return with my family. I made this date clear to the FlightHub agent multiple times and even shared screenshots to confirm.
Despite this:
- The agent incorrectly booked the flight for June 12.
- He blamed me for the mistake, despite my repeated clarifications.
- He then disconnected the conversation, leaving the issue unresolved.
I had to stay up all night waiting to connect with another agent, who finally fixed the booking to June 19.

FlightHub is a scammer platform dont book anything from them. They have hidden charges and fees that they will won't mention clearly and then when you forexample travel you will see unnecessary charges been deducted from your credit card. When you call there support those bunch of scammer assholes wont do anything to refund you. But will accuse you that read whole information bla bla.

Should be no stars, horrible scammers. Don't waste your time or money. Everything is an add on price and there is no customer support. I got my money back through credit card fraud. Document Everything if you've already booked. BUT PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Horrible experience. Flights cancelled 2 days after booking. Random charges to my credit card that they refused to refund. Constantly left me on hold on phone or hung up on me. Text support refused to issue a refund. I will never use this site again.
Flight Hub stole $1000 from me
Flight Hub stole $1000 from me. I tried to book a return flight and when I submitted the payment, a screen popped up saying one flight was not available. Didn't say what booked and what didn't, amount charged to my credit card seemed random. AND I received no email confirmation, which means I don't have a confirmation number. So all of their AI won't let me past the point where the bloody AI "understand my frustration". No method of contact works. I have tried heaps of phone numbers, they just hang up on me when I don't have a confirmation number. Found an email. That even bounced back. They don't take emails anymore. The messaging app on Facebook is also non-human. Their corporate web site has zero ways to contact a human. Sooooooooo frustrated. Would give zero if I could
A Waking Nightmare
Beware. Avoid. Fined 5.8M CAD for false reviews, etc. Do your research! Far below zero stars and the worst experience one could imagine with a third-party flight booking company. This following a major physical injury that requires surgery and prevented me from leaving the country. I began inquiring into a refund or credit. Following nine calls and several chats equalling near nine hours, mostly on hold after trying to figure out their wall of dialing options, and almost always with a different representative I was deliberately provided erroneous information on each call. This was corroborated by the airline (WestJet) following many calls with them, during which the representatives were annoyed I had called them and kept redirecting me back to FlightHub each time. Terrible customer service. First, FlightHub told me I couldn't cancel my ticket; that changed to there would be a $50 fee for cancellation. Both these claims were not true. Then they suggested I just not show at the airport, a very irresponsible and morally questionable act, not to mention costly to me. I wished to provide as much notice to the airline so they could resell the ticket - in this case nearly eight weeks before the flight. FlightHub denied providing a refund and denied that they were holding my ticket purchase funds from the time I purchased the ticket eight months prior. They stated WestJet had my money. WestJet denied this. I provided FlightHub with a medical certificate twice (they wanted the date changed from the original because it aligned with my initial departure on a different airline, not the flight I booked with them, which was one of six on a two-month long trip; this cost both unnecessary time at the doctor's expense and my own money). Then FlightHub told me my credit from the airline to rebook expired on the initial departure date, and that travel had to be completed within 63 days, and that I had to fly out of the original departure city. All these statements were false and the validity of these false statements in facts were corroborated by WestJet. WestJet also recommended several times to have FlightHub call their direct line for travel agent support, the TST line. I implored FlightHub to call this line but they refused and continued lying to me. Finally, after weeks of unnecessary anguish, push from this customer and wasted time, FlightHub acknowledged that I indeed had 13 months to rebook from the date of departure, and I didn't have to fly out of the original departure city. And instead of offering me free rebooking they stated the fee for rebooking is $150CAD, this in addition to $150CAD paid to WestJet to rebook. All for a $645CAD ticket. Never, ever again. Just a note: Booking, Turkish Air and Aegean Air all provided credit and/or up to 66% refunds immediately on account of physical injury, and this credit can be used flexibly.

I always find booking on flight hub easy peasy. Tickets have gone up tremendously in general but for the most part I feel I get a direct flight generally an ok price here. I recommend!

I got attracted to Flight Hub as it had cheap flights. However, without reading customer reviews, I blindly went with this travel agent. Flighthub buys tickets in bulk and place IT codes on them that if anything changes on them, the passenger incurs the costs, despite the changes being airline related. I regret having any dealings with Flighthub as the nightmares started weeks prior to my trip. One of three connections was cancelled and it became my own problem to solve. I spent 3-4 hours with flight hub, Air Canada and Brussels. Clearly, Flighthub, a travel agent by virtue of selling me the ticket completely left me to get my own connection which I finally secured.
Upon return on December 30 2024 based on my original ticket issued by Flighthub, my understanding was that I would have the same connection I had originally been issued. Upon arrival at the departure airport , I was told I missed my flight. Again, Flighthub, my travel agent completely left me on my own and did not want anything to do with resolving my dilemma, which was caused by them in the first place.
I was left to deal with a virtual assistant and eventually, when a real consultant communicated, they were reminding me of terms and conditions and how they cannot help further!
Flighthub deserves no rating at all. Flighthub is a scam as once they have received a payment, you are on your own! I will not use flighthub ever again if they clearly do not seem to understand that they are a customer's travel agent and need to be available to provide needed support.
Flighthub consultants are unhelpful, unprofessional, and disrespectul. Flighthub have lost a frequent traveller and an influencer who will ensure to spread the word about the unacceptable experience!

They left me on hold for 1.75 hours, only to be answered by a rude person who left me on hold for another 15 minutes for a simple question of how to correct a name spelling.
Then they wanted $75.00 to change the name. What a rip off, I highly recommend going somewhere else!
