My family booked a connected ticket in February 2025 from Seoul to Taiyuan, the transit place was changed twice by Flighthub in an urgent time, further more, the time we were boarding in Seoul airport, the airline did not allow my wife boarding as Flighthub booking system did not provide right PNR confirmation.
We communicated with Flighthub in airport serval times, they just said they did everything right, no result.
My wife had to pay another full ticket $334 CAD in airport purchasing another and furnished our trip.
So far it has been almost one year, no any progress happened. We have to raise this issue to customers protection services.

I attempted to book a flight on Saturday. Immediately after clicking confirm, the website displayed a message saying "Flights Unavailable." Despite no booking being created, the full amount was charged and has officially POSTED to my bank account.
I have spent days calling customer service. I was told the money would return within 24 hours, but that was a lie. Since Tuesday, I have been passed from agent to agent with no resolution and now they aren't even answering. I file a bank dispute to get my money back for a service they never provided. Avoid this site at all costs.
Nerver ever booking a ticket with them again
the agent made an error on my name (even if everything was written ), I spent .3:30 hours on the phone to get nothing. My option are to pay for the change or cancel and rebook with no price guarantee. I cancel and book by another company. It's the work customer service I never had.

I booked my trip (return ticket: Thunderbay-Ottawa-Thunderbay) from FlightHub for January 27. My outbound flight via Air Canada was schedule 5:00 AM to Ottawa and Inbound flight via Porter Airlines was 6:55 PM to Thunderbay on the same day. The outbound flight was delayed and scheduled for 2:15 PM. Then, I cancelled my flight as my purpose to travel (which was sitting for test/exam) would not meet. I got back refund for only the outbound portion of flight ticket after a lot of conversations back and forth with flight hub team and the refundable me team. I spent at at least 8-10 hours for three days to get that money back. My ticket had cancellation protection plan which I paid $75 extra for the trip/package. But, then neither the refundable team nor the flight hub refunded my inbound flight saying that the flight was on time. By the way, it was not even flew on time as it was delayed by half an hour. but the point is not about the flight was on time or not, because I already lost my exam and my outbound flight. Now, how could i fly back on time if i could not fly to Ottawa. Flight hub and Refundable team (insurance company) reverted me each other even after my multiple attempts for multiple days. It is very illogical and unreasonable to say that I must fly back on time when I was not able to fly to Ottawa. I tried to explain so hard but even after I had trip cancellation protection plan and It was not my fault, I was not refunded. This is the worst customer service in my history and they took my insurance (cancellation protection) money as well as my ticket money. The staffs were rude, unprofessional and uncooperative. I am compelled to post this review as my ticket money has not been refunded until now. I will never use the flight hub and nor will I recommend to any of my friends and family to buy ticket through flight hub. It is a scamming company.
The same flight and different story of my husband:
------My husband decided to join my trip later and bought separate tickets directly from the airlines for the same flights. He got refunded from both the airlines even his tickets were basic, non refundable and even porter airlines was not at fault, it was Air Canada who delayed the flight for more than 9 hours not the Porter Airlines. But Porter airlines did not say even a word when he explained the situation and got refunded immediately.

Here it goes!! My mother passed away Jan 8, 2026. It was fairly sudden. I was deeply impacted by this event. Then my brother, who is just 17 months older than me, passed away Feb 1, 2026. His death was completely unexpected. I was told that a Celebration of Life was being held for him Feb 28 at 10am in Shawnee OK. My oldest sister asked if I would like to go, and of course I said yes. Now I am in no position to be able to afford the flight, so she offered, and I accepted. She and my son talked about the flight purchase, CAD $ vs US $. My sister asked me to go ahead and book the flight, and sent me a screen shot of a ticket for US $508. I went online and could not find a ticket for that price. I did however find a cheaper ticket on Flighthub through United Airlines. Now I will be the first to admit, I saw the date of departure as Feb 27th, and coming home Mar 2. I saw an arrival time of 12:30pm in Oklahoma City Airport. So I went forward and bought the ticket. While reviewing my itinerary with my sister, I noticed that the arrival was on the 28th, not the 27th!!! I panicked, the Celebration of Life was set to start at 10am on the 28th!!! I immediately contacted Flighthub. After being on the phone with them for more than 4 hours, and several breakdowns and tears. I was told that there was no way to change my flight without charging me for an entirely new flight, and lose the money that had already been charged for the original ticket!! An additional amount of $375 US plus a change fee of $50 US, AT MINIMUM!!! I asked repeatedly "What has happened to the world?? Where is the compassion, the Customer Service?" After hearing the agent tell me for the 5th time, that she understands what I'm going through, I asked her if in fact this same thing has happened to her, her reply "well no, but I do understand". I am sorry but if you haven't experienced this same situation, you do not understand!!! She stated that United Airlines is the one who is refusing to charge any less for the change in flight to Oklahoma, not Flighthub. So I contacted United Airlines, once again I was met with indifference to my situation, and a "I understand what you are going through at this time". Again after several breakdowns and tears, I was told there was no way around paying for a whole new ticket going out to Oklahoma in order to be there prior to the Memorial for my brother. I was told with a quite cold matter of fact voice , please tell me whether you want to move forward with the purchase and change of your ticket by providing me with payment information. What should have been a fairly painless action, has left me feeling robbed, unheard, and a seat filler for United Airlines. I was charged over $900 US for this in total, after everyone took a fee. If I could cancel this entire thing, and get the money refunded I would. This is more money than I ever expected, and I know it's A LOT more than my sister was expecting it to cost. I booked seats through Flight hub for Dec. 29, 2025 to fly to Fort Myers. Delta cancelled the flight and we received a complete refund for the flight from Delta. Since Flight Hub charged for the seats(VISA is listed under flight Hub) I was told, by Delta, to contact Flight Hub. I have been trying since Dec 29 to get a refund for the seats, since the flight was cancelled. They prefer not to talk to you and always refer you to Mila.(Which I have on 5 occasions) I have been on hold for over 4 hours on 3 different attempts to talk with a person. Today I got disconnected twice. I should have read reviews first
Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster. They deployed the dumbest AI model on the market to cut costs, and this is the ONLY way you can contact them. And this AI assistant won't give you any meaningful support except for basic verifications. Worst, it will forget your previous conversations!! STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHTHUB.

Flighthub used my CAD 991.85 travel credit and charged my card CAD 1,786.19 for a flight I never approved.
I spent hours confirming one specific itinerary and price in writing. They issued a different flight anyway. I immediately said “wrong flight” and asked them to reverse it. They refused.
This is not buyer’s remorse. I did not change my mind. I objected right away and have full chat transcripts showing exactly what I approved versus what they issued.
I am now forced to involve my bank and Québec consumer protection to recover money taken for a service I never agreed to.
Worst experience with booking airline…
Worst experience with booking airline tickets ever. They are a rip off. Made a huge mistake booking through them and compounded it by booking our seats through them. They charged the same amount as the airline, so we paid double for our seats. Wasted one night trying to get it cleared up on line. Wasted the next day on hold for 2 hours or so and still was no further ahead. Will not make that mistake again.

Not refunding a cancelled flight by airline
The airline cancelled the flight but flight hub is refusing to refund my payment.
They asked for $600 fee ($200 per passenger) to refund the payment despite the cancelation happened by airline and outside of my control.

Refusing to Correct 1 Letter for a misspelled name.
On Nov 14 I added an additional booking (to the 7 tickets already booked) but I misspelled a name by 1 letter.
I didn’t realize until Dec 11th.
I’ve contacted Flight Hub several times and Name Corrections were apparently “sent” to the airline but Flight Hub keeps telling me that Porter Airlines is rejecting it.
I’ve spoken with Porter Airlines SEVERAL times who confirmed no requests were received by Flight Hub and that they DO allow corrections, it’s even listed on their website.
I even have an email from the internal department of Porter Airlines that handles the Name Corrections and they confirmed nothing was received, and also informed me that they allow corrections up to 3 letters, but it has to come from the site I booked through.
So what’s happening is Flight Hub is sending to their own internal team and that team is REJECTING the request, it’s not even getting to Porter Airlines and not being rejected by them.
Every Porter Airlines agent I’ve spoken to have all said the same thing, we allow corrections!!
Flight Hub is now telling me I need to book a new ticket which is now $200 more, BUT my initial ticket can’t be cancelled so I’ll have 2 airlines tickets for 1 person and I’m flying into the USA.
Does that seem logical?????
The person I spoke with on Sunday told me no requests had been sent at all by Flight Hub and she sent a new one and even called me back with the cost to correct it, which seemed promising and my Credit Card was charged for the name correction fee.
So I’ve been holding out only to be told today by another agent nothing can be done.
So now I have additional charges on my cc from Flight Hub.
When I do book my new ticket it will NOT be with Flight Hub,

Booking didn't go through but they charged my credit card anyway. When I tried to contact customer support via text, chat, and phone, I couldn't talk to a real person because their AI agent insisted I enter a booking number first. I don't have a booking number because the booking failed to through. So frustrating. Will never try to book a flight through Flighthub again.
Very poor costumer service
Very poor costumer service . Can’t even talk to a live person . I booked a flight to Paris for my family of 4 as my kids would want to come with us on October 21,2025. Even though they want to come with us they were not sure about their class and exams if they can moved it to different days , therefore we bought an insurance just in case they can’t travel with us . True enough they couldn’t travel with us because of class and exam days . I tried to refund their tickets but flight hub is not honouring it . I went to the web site they gave me and went through the process but they did not honour it. They gave me someone to discuss my issues on chat but not helpful either . I will never never use flight hub in the future . They are not helpful instead they are adding stress to my life. It affected my mental health .

SEVEN STARS out of 5 for the absolute customer service champion of my many decades. Edward at phone 438-793-2868 ext 091 is the finest gentleman, travel genius and beyond-the-call FlightHub rep. It honestly doesn't get better; He won me over to FlightHub as my first-choice travel rep, my first and last call.
Skipping the gory details but he found me ideal business class return flights Cebu - Vancouver while saving me a couple hundred bucks.
Granted others can do that but the seven-star topper was he cared so much that he stayed behind an hour after his midnight shift ended just to follow up on me. Why? Because he's such a pro he just wanted to follow up on my boring credit car glitches, the fixing of which entailed me being on hold to Canada.
EDWARD CARED ENOUGH TO SACRIFICE HIS PERSONAL TIME TO ASSURE HIS CUSTOMER WAS ALL SET!
Wow! Double-wow. Such customer service hardly exists any more; but in Edward it is for real and he's genunely that good; In action and intent - that good. Good human too.
I just wish I was his boss, so I could promote him significantly as a role model for others.
What a dedicated salt-of-the earth guy; turns out he's an Egyptian studying advanced engineering in Montreal, bravo to him and to the great nation of Egypt which I happen to have toured extensively.

Flighthub customer service almost non existent
Booked and paid for a flight to and from the Azores, Portugal. Some time later I received a message saying a portion of the return flight had been changed, the result being I would not have a connecting flight. I contacted the airline directly (Sata Azores Airline), got through on their customer service line right away, and they told me there was another connecting flight the same night, they could put me on that flight, but since I booked through Flighthub I had to arrange it through them. They tolk me Flighthub would say it was not possible, but that wasn't right, if Flighthub called their direct agents line (and they gave me the phone number for Flighthub to contact them) they could arrange it.
Then the problems started. I called Flighthub's customer service line......if you are not travelling in the next 48 hours, the recorded message says you can only text or email them, which would not be helpful in my case. I found a workaround for this recorded message on the phone tree and was put on hold for close to an hour to speak to an agent. When I did get through, I explained the above, told them they had to phone SataAzores, and was assured "it was all taken care of". I believed them, silly me.
A month goes by and I get the same email from Flighthub saying a portion of the flight has been changed. I had not been added to the connecting flight and was back at square one.
I called again, and again had to work around their phone tree that tries its mightiest to not let you talk to a live agent. This time 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold. Again I explain the situation, give the agent the phone number to call, and he refuses to call the number and treats me like I am a child he needs to speak slowly with to explain how I just don't understand. I held my temper at this behaviour (just) and asked for a supervisor to phone me.
No call. I get the same email about the flight change. Back to square one.
Long story made shorter, I made 6 calls to Flighthub over the course of 3 months, up to a day before I left on the trip, and I never was put on the connecting flight. I ended up cancelling the flight (and no refund was given, even though their message said the flight change qualified me for a refund) and booking the exact same flight I was told was available directly with Sata Azores airline.
The upshot is that Flighthub makes it almost impossible (unless you are incredibly patient) to talk to a live agent, and once you do, they are not at all flexible about going "outside of our process", in this case making a simple phone call, to help address the problem
I will never use them again. Booking directly with the airlines makes things easy to address if their are issues. With Flighthub, you may never get an issue addressed, and the wait for a live agent is unbelievably long, if indeed you can work through their phone tree that is designed to put you through to an AI computer, and not a live agent.
On a buyer beware note, Flighthub and 2 of its directors were fined 5.8 Million $ for false and misleading business practices. You can find this by searching Flighthub and the Canada Competition Bureau and you will find the notice about the penalties and the shady business practices.
