BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
First of all, the company is extremely disorganized so if you dare to order at all you have to agree to spend your time trying to find your order in the absence of customer service-there does not appear to be any. Not only did the order take weeks to get here, but it was also an incomplete order. When you contact them, it takes forever for them to reply. This is a Chinese company without a return address in the event of a problem. I want a full refund and to return the goods since they refuse to send me the complete order that I paid for- they refuse to help me.

Placed an order for blanket organizers
Placed an order for blanket organizers, set of 8. Items were received and blankets did not fit, because company advertises the sheet size as blanket organizers. Requested a refund, and was told that I could keep my order and receive a 30% refund. Once again requested a refund and have not received a response.. terrible customer service experience!

Well crafted...well made. My linen closet is organized...the only thing I wish that they would offer colors...especially in Burnt Orange and Teal Blue. Because I color coded each room in the house.

Zero customer service and still no product received.
Zero customer service, 6 weeks and no delivery of item and cannot get response from them. They show my product as delivered but no delivery and no notice of delivery. ordered bedsheet organizers, $100. said after 2 weeks they were finallyshipping. never received them, and after multiple contacts to customer service finally responded and said they were shipping. weeks ago. now after contacting them, no response.
