Terrible return policy. They will only let you return the item if it’s defective, or damaged.
I ordered from them on 12/2 and my order was shipped from China and I didn’t receive the item until 12/28 when it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I’m now trying to get ahold of customer support because of the delay in shipping and needing to return my item and there has been no communication back. Ironically, they don’t have a phone number, so you’re stuck with sending emails with no response back. I’ve decided to sell it to someone else because the company has not responded.
Again, I would stay away from this company. Will not recommend Flavenly to anyone.

purchased 8 pack organizer on 12/22/24. When I did not receive any updates on the order by 1/1/24 I asked for the order to be cancelled after seeing all the negative reviews. I immediately contacted my credit card company as well to dispute the charge. I finally received an email 2 days later telling me that shipment would be in 30 days. I immediately requested cancellation again. I received the same generic email two days later. The item was then shipped despite my request for cancellation after which I received an email telling me that they could not cancel the shipment once picked up by FEDEX!!. I sent the package back with the FEDEX driver and now I'm receiving emails every day stating that the package has been delivered. Will call FEDEX to confirm return but looks like I'm in for a long fight to get my money back.

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS, IF POSSIBLE, FOR ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED 8 BED SHEET ORGANIZERS IN SEPTEMBER OF 2024, AND ONE ARRIVED DEFECTIVE. THE OTHERS WERE GREAT, AND I ENJOYED THE PRODUCT. HOWEVER, WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY REQUESTED PHOTOS, THEN VIDEO, OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO EASY TO JUST SEND ME ANOTHER ONE, AND A POSTAGE PAID RETURN ENVELOPE TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. BUT NO, NOW IT IS JANUARY 2025, AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE-THEY DESERVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Love the product
Love the product. I would have given it a 5, but there were a couple of challenges. First of all, this company is not in the U.S., so I was charged an international service fee by my bank. Second, it took 3 weeks to receive the product. The package was in great condition, but I do not know who delivered it. I just found it on the front porch one afternoon.

Do not waste your money
I ordered an item a month ago. Of course, I was charged for the item within a day or two of the order but have yet to receive the item or a notice of a shipping date. I've reached out to the company twice and haven't received any response.

Is Flavenly even real?
Much like the other reviews, I believe this company is a scam. I ordered product almost two months ago and have never received anything except for bogus ambiguous “shipment updates”. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Disappointing
Very disappointed that I cannot get a response with directions on how to do a return. Reached out multiple times to start a return and no response, can’t find a customer service number or talk to a person. I spent over $100 and I cannot use the products due to the bed sheets not fitting in the sheet holders

Order not received, no response from Customer Service
Order placed on 29-Nov, and still not received as of 31-Dec. For over a week now, the tracking simply says "The delivery company is processing it". Useless. I have also reached out to Flavenly 3 times for help, as this was a Christmas gift. No response received. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Did not receive full order. Numerous emails have been sent to company. There is not a phone number to call. Shipping info was dismal. Received one (1) out of three (3) items paid for. Cheaply made product.
Have notified credit card company.

Untrustworthy retailer
Tried to Contact them through their 24/7 help line last week, as I advised I wanted to place a very large order and had some questions.
They advertise the fabric is…. High quality. But what is it?
Also there is some question as to the true dimension of the sheet ‘organiser’ and difference between sheet & blanket ‘organiser’.
Also their acrylic shelf dividers are three 3 times cost of brand leader, both in stores around the world and online. Why? Am I missing something?
NO RESPONSE, just bombarded with emails from “BRAD” to purchase before the Black Friday offer finishes.
Thanks to the above and those reviews below, i will not be buying. Shame as in principle, the ‘organisers’ seem a good idea.

Buyer beware, this company doesn’t honor their return policy. I bought sheet organizers for a client and they are too small to contain a complete set for an American King size bed. My client cannot use them for what they were intended for and doesn’t want them.
I bought 4 sets of 8 for $ 400.00 and been trying to return the organizers for weeks now.
There is no phone number to call or address, and their customer service is almost inexistent. They didn’t reply to my emails until I threatened to start legal action. At that point all I have been offered is a 20% discount instead of the return tags and refund I was lead to believe I could get when I placed the order. Stay away.

Awesome. 3 organised linen closets done!
Am very happy with products. Did what they were meant to do and now my linen closets are organised and neat. I can just squeeze in a king size thick flannelette sheet (with lots of squishing) and 1 or 2 queen size normal sheet sets in 1 container. Seems to depend on thickness of sheet fabric. Seem to be sturdier than previously bought Temu ones. Love that it has both a window AND a label.
