Brilliant assistance. Everything went smoothly on holiday due to their organisation and diligence. Without their advice we wouldn't have got a holiday booked full stop. Will hopefully be using them again!

Sarah at Flagstone helped us book our last holiday and her help was invaluable. Navigating holidays as a family of four is not so easy and we needed an option that kept everyone happy. We were delighted with the holiday and will be using Flagstone again!

Ski4All Wales is an adaptive ski club and Sarah and her team have organised numerous adaptive ski trips for us over the last 10 years. Their knowledge of resorts and facilities is second to none and as a team they always go the extra mile to ensure our groups have the best holiday experience ever. Would highly recommend

Sarah helped us book an amazing 2 week holiday in Thailand. Her knowledge of which areas to visit and how long to spend there was invaluable to allow us to see and do everything we wanted to without feeling rushed. The hotels that she recommended were excellent and perfect for what we were looking for and the transfers were on time and very comfortable.

Sarah was an absolute godsend when it came to organizing a belated 60th birthday treat trip for my mum and three of her friends to Sicily. I work long hours and just don't have time to trawl the internet weighing up options. Sarah did all the leg work for me and put together various packages for me to choose from. The hotel was perfect and the flights and car hire all went very smoothly. Most importantly my mum loved it and really enjoyed herself. So big thanks to Flagstone and Sarah in particular for helping me put a smile on my mum's face! I will definitely be using Flagstone for the next trip!

What an incredible two and a half weeks. I was completely bowled over by the whole experience. The honeymoon was a surprise and having spoken to my husband post he and Sarah from Flagstone spent a lot of time working on potential ideas and itineraries to get the perfect trip. And what a trip it was. 4 days at The Outpost in the Northern Kruger, it was just mind blowing. I have never done safari before and can say I’m a totally convert. I cannot recommend it enough.
We then flew to the Seychelles and spent a few days and The Banyan Tree then the remainder on Denis Island. AMAZING!
Sarah was incredible as well as she ensured that all the places knew about my specific dietary requirements and I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so well. We were spoilt from start to finish, thank you Flagstone!

With minimal experience of the Greek islands prior to our honeymoon the flagstone team gave us great advice on destinations and accommodation within our budget. Just how significant the advice of the flagstone team was became apparent only during our holiday in santorini. The sun rocks hotel and it’s perfect location made for a blissful week. This would not have been the case without the help of the flagstone team and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Flagstone arranged our honeymoon to the Seychelles. The iteinery that they put together was abolutely brilliant. They uncovered hidden gems that we would have never found on our own, and handled everything from transfers, internal flights and special arrangements. The whole expereience was seemless, and I cannot recommend the team at Flagstone highly enough!

Sarah helped us book a last minute holiday to Crete and was fantastic - super-quick to respond, always available and working patiently and enthusiastically to meet our requirements for a perfect trip. Thank you so much!

Mike booked our ski holiday this year and we had a fantastic time. We got a great deal in a catered chalet, BA flights at nice times and private transfers to and from resort. The whole holiday ran very smoothly and was one of the best ski holiday I’ve been on in years! Would definitely book with flagstone again
