A wonderful experience booking through flagstone travel. Jules was incredibly helpful throughout! Loved our trip and will be back.

From initially thinking about booking our holiday to getting home the Flagstone travel team have been amazing! Sarah found us the perfect holiday at Domes of Elounda and kept an eye out for our preferred flight times so we could secure those. In the weeks leading up to our trip Sarah shared lots of useful information and answered all my questions so that we set off on our first big abroad holiday with our daughter feeling excited and prepared! I cannot recommend them enough.

Booking with Flagstone and Sarah was the best customer service I have ever received when booking a ski trip! Sarah offered excellent service and advice and helped us book a fantastic trip to Val d'Isere, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much, Flagstone is a definite recommendation from me!

Like other reviewers have mentioned, pre children I would not necessarily have used a travel agent but we have booked several holidays with Sarah now and wouldn’t use anyone else.

We wouldn’t usually book through a travel agent, we never thought it necessary, but then we had kids and the pressure to find something great for us, as well as for a toddler and baby was too much. Thankfully Sarah at Flagstone Travel knew exactly what we needed / wanted. Our holiday was magical, well as magical as it could be with 2 young children!

We have recently returned from our first trip arranged and booked through Flagstone Travel and after such a wonderful experience are already looking to book an other holiday with them for next year! Sarah and Anna were brilliant in arranging every detail of our holiday from the airport transfers with car seats for the children), to advising on restaurant bookings, kids club and spa bookings. They also arranged for things I wouldn’t have thought to ask for at the hotel such as a potty, toddler stool in the bathroom, bed guard rails etc.
We will definitely be using Flagstone Travel again in the future and many thanks again for both Sarah and Anna for all of their help.

We were hugely grateful for Sarah and her team's help in arranging our recent holiday to Domes of Elounda. Having their expert knowledge was a huge bonus in terms of securing the perfect accommodation and best rates. They were really helpful with any questions we had pre-holiday, and everything we asked for was delivered (e.g. transfer with appropriate car seats). The holiday was a huge success and everyone only had positive things to say, Flagstone's service was wonderful - nothing was too much trouble for Sarah. The chalet and services included were incredible (having a concierge with a driver was a lovely touch!) and the hosts were also amazing!
