Great customer service delivered in a timely manner. I bought the Vibrator Plate as my ankles were swelling up in the evenings and after setting the easy to do setting to my satisfaction I found that there were definite improvements in my ankles after a few days of use. The Vibrator plate was so easy to use and and understand and it stored away neatly after use.

Product and posting very good
Excellent service. Arrived within 48 hours. Easy to set up. I have had it for 4 weeks and have used it most days. Glad I bought the walking pad with a handle bar. Folds up easily. Quiet. The only thing I would change is to have the display panel at the top of the handle bar than at the base of the unit. The remote enables you to set your own speed. Really pleased with it. Thank you.

Great Customer Service and Fantastic Products ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I just received my 2 x 24kg Kettle Bells from FK Sports and could not be happier in regards to the Customer Service – constantly being updated on delivery times and availability by Andy, and the quality of the Kettle Bells themselves. When health and fitness is a priority you want a company that values those principles. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Quality and Service 🙏🏼.

Exceptional service and value for money
Brilliant product, delivered quickly, and the customer service is exceptional. I ordered an incline bench without knowing much about the company, and it turned out to be excellent quality and great value. What really surprised me was the follow‑up after delivery to make sure I was happy and to thank me for my purchase. That extra touch makes a huge difference. I’ll definitely be returning, hoping the 24kg kettlebells are restocked soon 🙏🏼

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROGUE TRADERS
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROGUE TRADERS
I tried to return the product to be told 'keep it we will refund you 10%'. I reminded them that the reason I was returning the product was that it was unsuitable for my 2 year old. They then said keep it, we will refund you 20%. I said no and returned the item.
I then received the 20% in my account.
I contacted the seller to be told the product had been damaged in transit. I asked for pictures to which they have still refused to provide.
Thankfully Amazon have refunded the difference and are looking into the company.
I have to confess I am amazed how a business like this is allowed to trade on a trusted platform such as Amazon. I do hope after their investigation FK Sports are thrown off.
If I could take this matter further, I would!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and in line with our returns policy. In this case, we offered partial refunds as a goodwill gesture to avoid inconvenience, and we regret that this did not meet your expectations. Any refund decisions are based on the condition in which items are returned to us. we’re glad Amazon has now helped resolve the matter. Thank you for your feedback.

Better than I thought.
I bought a mini trampoline, with bungee, it was a very reasonable price and I did think it’d be ok, but WOW it’s quiet when I bounce, it’s gentle on my joints, especially on my back !! The bounce is great too. For the price this trampoline is worth it as an Al rounder , exercise device for home use.

Bent Trampoline after 4 months, parts replacement eventually addressed
Update to my below comment. FKSport managed to send the part, and replaced it without any cost to me. Thank you for your speedy response.
---------------------------------------
I bought a 12ft trampoline in August 2025, and a spring hole area was bent after 4 months only. Requested a top rail replacement at least, as they claimed it was wear and tear. Hard to believe after 4 months, as the product did not meet the quality standard indicated in its description. Very disappointed with customer service - hardly proactive as I had to follow-up twice since December reporting it. Only to be told today, that they cannot even replace a part. So we are stuck with a large broken trampoline, with a part I cannot even get online (I have tried), because it has it's own unique specifications. Very disappointing spending about £200!

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that we have never refused to send you the replacement part. From the first day you contacted us, the issue has been that the 12ft trampoline parts are currently out of stock.
As soon as the top rail becomes available, we will arrange the replacement immediately and without any delay. We truly understand how frustrating this situation is, and we kindly ask for your patience while we restock this item.
We value you as a customer and appreciate your understanding.
