Delighted with my mini exercise bike
I bought the mini exercise bike and was delighted by how quickly it arrived. Even more delighted that it's light enough to be easily moved, and that the pedal straps are adjustable for foot comfort. The non-slip mat for underneath is a nice touch, too, I'd highly recommend this purchase.

Can't be trusted, zero integrity and customer service.
Purchased a Barbell (ORDER #13091 ) based on the measurements provided on their website. When I received it, it had wrong dimensions and it didn't fit my home gym rack. I sent the pictures and email; but they kept telling me that they didn't receive the pictures and kept asking me for sending the proof. Nobody picks up the phone if you called the number on their website. I tried few times. So continued with email. In the meanwhile they changed their website and corrected the previously incorrect dimensions. So they knew; but kept fobbing me on email. Eventually I created PayPal case which they had to accept their fault; but they didn't agree to arrange the collection. When contacted, they again kept asking me to send the pictures (after accepting the PayPal case that it was their fault). PayPal forced me to return the item to get the refund. So I ended up spending £25 to send the returns (heavy 14kg barbell) to get £54 back. So I only got £29 back for mis sold item. Their interaction with me via email lacked integrity, changing the description on the website whilst continuing to asking me to send proof shows deceitful behaviour and they can not be trusted.

Pleased with my walking pad. Was concerned it wouldn't be long enough for a comfortable stride as I'm 5'7 but it's absolutely fine. Not too noisy and very easy to operate. Recommend

Excellent customer service
Purchased the interlocking flooring to redo my garage, very impressed with the product and the next day delivery service.
I did find that when I came to install the last pack, the cut design was different to the others which meant I couldn't finish the job on the day.
However, I emailed their customer support team with photos, they acknowledged the discrepancy and replaced the pack free of charge, again with next day delivery.
I would highly recommend FK Sports, Akash was a legend in helping me out.
