I purchased 2x Xmas jumpers and when they arrived they weren't what I was expecting. I opted to request to return and I was offered a couple of options rather than sending the items back and getting a full return. I didn't want the options put to me and stated I wanted to send back at my cost (which I understood) and they sent me the paperwork etc to complete. I then took the items to the Post Office and selected required postage which was almost £23 as going back to China. I posted 31 Jan and thought as I hadn't heard anything that I'd make contact. Ever since I have simply been going round and round in circle as I keep getting told that without a tracking number they can't for some reason check with their factory to see if the package has arrived. I've stated many times that I have fully complied with their returns policy and I keep getting the same reply (without a tracking number they can't do anything). I had paid over £40 for the 2x jumpers plus £23 postage and now have nothing to show or appear likely to!!!!!!!!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes. First, perfect. Nice and comfortable.
2nd pair small defect. Sent a photo to support. Quick response. Quick resolution. Can't fault the service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT BUY! Ordered a small bag for my sister-in-law's birthday. I looked for shipping info when ordering, but never saw anything. A week after ordering I hadn't heard anything about shipping or delivery so I contacted Fjorna. They told me it would be another 4 weeks before delivery as they had sold out and I couldn't cancel. I asked for my money back anyway and they refused. They said they would only refund 75%. I argued and argued but they refused to refund me. BEWARE!!!

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
My order took three weeks to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. When it finally turned up, the item was not as described, the sizing was completely wrong, the quality was very poor, and it had a strong, unpleasant smell.
To make matters worse, customer service has been nothing but stalling and excuses. I was asked to provide additional photos even after I had already sealed the parcel for return. I am also being expected to pay for return shipping for an item that is clearly faulty and not as advertised — which is unacceptable.
This company takes your money quickly but makes resolving issues unnecessarily difficult.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Awful!! the ring was scratched, took ages to arrive, I said I would except a replacement and that was 4 weeks ago, the seller keeps saying its out of stock and cannot refund me. They are NOT in Holland, its from China and is cheap junk.... This company need closing down !!

Don't be fooled by the photographs of high quality clothing or items....and don't be fooled by the fact their address is in The Netherlands. They are in China. I bought a coat for a family funeral for £62 . It arrived in a package no bigger than the size of a tub of ice cream.....creased, poor quality....I couldn't wear it....after numerous messages and being ignored on numerous occasions they gave me £15.50 back.....it would have cost over £20 to return it to China..A complete scam of a company...keep away. If I could award no stars, I would. They don't deserve the 1 star.

Cost disproportionately high £35 to return them to China. They won’t take them back in Holland despite that being their registered address. DO NOT TOUCH FJORNA UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET STUNG. Don’t even bother wasting your time complaining.

I would not touch this company , I ordered a pair of on trainers back in December, I received them late almost a month late, when I opened the box it was plain to see they were fake, they were massive too, they tried to get me to take a credit note of 15% and keep the trainers, what am I going to do with them . Iv had to pay to send them back £21 , a month later I’m still waiting for my £70 , feel so stupid I fell for a fake site as always careful!! Shame on you FJORNA

I bought what was meant to be a handmade Panama hat. What I recined in the post 3 weeks after ordering (yes, its definitely come from China) was the type of hat you would buy from a cheap souvenir shop in Benidorm for €5.
On their website, this was reduced from £45 to £22... absolute charlatans.
I despise these type of shops, where they dont even handle the goods. They're just the middleman for some cheap Chinese supplier, and making about %700 profit on the crap they sell.
Not worth your money. Not worth your time. Just don't do it.
Ive requested a refund... we'll see how this one goes over the next couple of days.

The company needs to put on the website to return the items they are sent back to China there is no mention of this. I believed I was purchasing from the Netherlands and that is where I was expecting to return it to

If I could give no stars I would. When I had a problem and tried to contact them, repeatedly I had no response and still haven’t. The zip on the bag broke within days. No service at all. An absolute disgrace of a ‘company’ (I used the word loosely). Please save your money and buy elsewhere.

I thought Fjorna was a high end company based in the Netherlands . Delivery time was much longer than what they said it would be. This is because the item was shipped from China, terribly packaged and not a label to be seen. The fit and measurements were completely different and the material was definitely not 100% cashmere. They did reply to every email I sent but would only offer refund if I paid for the return to China despite the item being different from what was advertised and evidenced with photographs/measurements as requested by them.

The Jumper we bought was small fitting but really lovely and good quality.
The service was very good we exchanged the jumper for a larger size and we were really looked after. The new jumper fits great.

If I could leave no stars I would. Terrible company and terrible service. I never received my order. I waited over a month. Was in contact with them. Confirmed the order. Confirmed the detailed and still nothing.
Requested a refund. Nothing. I have taken this as a lesson not to buy cheap. My advice would be avoid this company at all costs !!!
