Awful experience and please DO NOT BUY from them. I ordered an XL and the size was completely wrong- more befitting of à child.
After 5 emails they still won’t offer me a refund.

After waiting for almost three weeks the sandals finally arrived. They were squashed,our if shape and impossible to get on my feet.
I asked for a refund and was given so many excuses and offers of replacement, discounts off future purchases. Why would I want to buy from this company with their appalling customer non service. Avoid avoid avoid. My money is lost. I have a defective pair of sandals.

I would stay absolutely clear of this company ! They have sent me a cardigan which is of such cheap quality material and looks like something from Ali Express or Temu ! Furthermore, their delivery took 26 days exactly to reach my doorstep. They put the delay down to quality control lol. I have paid over £50 for this top and now they are not responding to my emails. They sent one email for me to pay for returns £8 so they can give another size back ! The audacity ! I will be taking this up with the OFT. How are you trading with garments like this and advertising them as premium ? I will only edit my review if you can sort this issue out !

Avoid this company. They are not a UK company and everything is shipped from China. Place my order two weeks ago and one of the items has not even been dispatched yet. How to received anything from this company. I have no idea about the quality but I'll be rejecting my order here from when it ever gets delivered. Maze in the house which companies can take your credit card details and payments straight away but take weeks and weeks to dispatch and deliver items

Yeah this is a scam, bought four items, kept only one item which was cheap tat but kind of snazzy. Two were completely wrong size and a third was a jumper that seemed to be linking blue ink(!) Assumed a company that was a first Google responses would be reputable. Live and learn.

Absolutely abysmal wrong size item delivered.They say day 30 returns policy .Sent emails with no responce.Lame excuse as to the long delivery times.Then the customer service blocked me for no reason.I sent item back with an emaiI.Asked for refund a week ago .Still no response.AVOID AT ALL COSTS .Dont think i will getmy money back .

Glad I bought glasses before I read reviews or I wouldn't have purchased. I found the glasses were good quality and as ordered, took a week to arrive. I'm happy with them.

Fake 'knock-off' products hidden by flashy smart webpage, trust your instincts and avoid. Long delays on delivery and no returns possible as emails are ignored.

They sent a cheap knock off version of the jacket that was too small, 3 weeks late, and would not reply to emails and overall terrible experience. They recently changed their brand from Solorfit and if you check their trustpilot reviews you’ll see why. Not as advertised.

Shoes returned to the return address on the company’s label. The company refused to accept this (I can see from other comments that items have to be returned to China - great returns policy - well done Solferu!). As you can never be sure from an online purchase that sizes are accurate, I’d advise anyone thinking of placing an order to think again.

SCAM COMPANY, steer clear! Ordered a pair of shoes which, upon delivery over 4wks later, were totally different to what I’d ordered. When raised with them, the response was ‘ Please note that differences in appearance may sometimes occur due to factors such as lighting in product photos, screen display settings, or variations in materials during production. While the item may not seem exactly as expected, it does meet the quality and specifications advertised’.

Like ordering a real car but receiving a hot wheels version, because ‘it has 4 wheels’

SCAM COMPANY - do not purchase. Trousers bought were far too short. Returns policy is they need to be sent back to China at a cost of between £15 to £25. Cannot be sent back if you change your mind or items do not fit. The trousers are cheap material with a crappy label inside - something you would get from Temu. You have been warned. Wish I’d have read the reviews before purchasing these trousers for my husband. Would have saved myself £40. Oh well, we live and we learn - won’t be making the same mistake again

Scam company. Bought a "nordfall jacket" in XXL. A cheap Chinese jacket arrived three weeks later in medium size. Here's what's written in the jacket "Down Fkow, super warm down cycling, Let the body in down temperature circuulation". To be fair the children have done a pretty mediocre job of sewing it together. Not bad for 10yos. "Steven" now wants my "shipping details" and bank details so he can issue a refund. Just avoid this...

You can tell the support team actually cares. They responded gently and took time to help me properly. They surprised me with a small discount code too. The stuff I ordered feels well-made and durable. It’s nice when a company shows appreciation through good service. Everything felt very personal, not like a big corporate company. Really satisfied with everything.

I have been given the same excuse on several occasions about why my order has not arrived,solferu took my money immediately but seems to be having a problem giving me a full refund, instead they keep sending out the same lame excuses

I wrote the wrong street name and freaked out instantly. When I reached out, the support team talked to me in such a calm and friendly way. They fixed the address right away and told me it was no problem at all. Then they gave me a discount code just for the stress I had. That honestly meant a lot. I felt relieved and also touched by their kindness. Not many brands do this anymore.

I had a small question before ordering and the customer support answered me super fast. They were honestly very friendly and talked to me like a real person, not a robot. They even gave me a discount code without me asking for it, which was a nice surprise. The product I got feels really good quality and looks exactly how I hoped. I appreciate companies that take the time to help their customers properly. It made the whole experience feel very positive. Really happy I ordered here.

These are cheap plastic horrible shoes. They look nothing like the photos and are of extremely poor quality
