When I went to collect the parcel...
When I went to collect the parcel at Star Off Licence the Sales Assistant denied the parcel had arrived even after I showed him your e-mails. I had to stand my ground for some 20 minutes or more before the parcel was located. I would not want to rely on Star Off Licence on any future transaction.

Making the purchase was so easy and delivery quick. I had to return the product as it was no longer needed and that was easy too, I contacted the customer services via email and the response was the next day and really helpful.

Other customers beware some at FIXRA are liars and very corrupt
They must be allergic to phones at FIXRA as they don’t answer them but after 10 emails sent and one bent reply they finally cut the bull 💩 and replied in honesty this time and offered me a replacement or refund. I kindly refused the replacement as the first one if genuinely dispatched never made it to my house so I excepted the refund instead. There wasn’t any mention of the order regarding what happened to it as parcels don’t get lost if correctly addressed do they unless some bloody corrupt person pushes them aside ?. FIXRA said the parcel had been delivered then refunded my money so if delivered who had it and WHY . Christian from EVRI drove past my house on Thursday 3rd July at 15.50pm on my security camera and never stopped at my house with my parcel so what’s the cover up here and why . 😂 did one of the stalkers have it delivered to them in dinas Caernarfon and I’m not joking.
