I bought a ticket on this website however I was never sent the ticket but my money was taken. I reached out multiple times to the fixr customer support email however the replies were extremely slow and unhelpful. They stated that the event of the ticket had already passed and that there was nothing they could do when the event was weeks away. I called up the customer support phone number multiple times which had no answer. Because of this I had no choice but to rebuy a new ticket to the event as they were selling out. I still have had my money taken for the previous ticket which I never received. very disappointed.
this company is a scam avoid.

Had new tickets issued for Hybrid Games in March. Unfortunately my account was deactivated and despite many emails and chats - this has still not been resolved.
Emailed directly to FiXR to amend the start time of my ticket and Hayley-Ann was brilliant. She sorted my tickets and reissued them within the hour. Once access to my account is sorted, I’ll be happy.

I went on Revolution di Cuba site to purchase tickets for the new year eve. I didn’t paid attention before to book with Fixr if it is any difference between Revolution offer and Fixr offer when booking the table. I tried to contact them by phone, they just decline the call.By e-mail I had answer in four or five days. No info about refund policy.
It wasn’t a scam but the customer service is poor. I would not choose again. To go to a party with friends, I want to be sure the event is ready and tickets are valid.
Got myself into a pickle with tickets, thought I had deleted then from phone. Contacted Fixr and Amelia replied promptly sending tickets to me again. Then found originals. Family will now enjoy Illuminate experience. Thank you Amelia

Excellent customer service from Amelia AT FIXR. I rarely get the chance to tell someone their service has been exemplary but Amelia was incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful when dealing with the changing of some tickets due to me buying the wrong ones. The lady named Amelia helped me out with sending me my tickest since I was struggling to download them. She was swift and very kind, the reception was felt through the email she sent. The quality of the post sales service is very good and I would buy tickets from their website on any day due to that alone.
