The advertisement and clarity was very good and easy to navigate. I think the flexibility in the tickets is great and the fact it is refundable shows how the audience is being understood and catered for, i am happy with the service

Fees are per ticket, not transaction
At first the website directed the ticket purchase to another where there was no option to buy group tickets. On second attempt Fatsoma website did allow me to purchase from their own environment, but added booking fee for each individual purchase, even though it was only one transaction. I decided to go back and check further information to verify this absurdity, when I tried to select the total number again it then had a cap inferior to the number I was trying to buy.

The process was very straightforward with no faf. Just two clicks and the transaction went smoothly withbthe confirmation email arriving soon after.

This was such a good buying experience
This was such a good buying experience. I was easily able to navigate the website and find exactly what i was after with ease. Prices are incredible and there is such a good range of different events to choose from :)

Lumos app is rubbish
I booked my selected concert ok but when I downloaded the Lumos app recommended to access my ticket the Lumos app just would not let me in. It’s one of the irritating aspects of modern online life. God help us when Ai runs the world.
I hope the email ticket will be sufficient.

Disappointing experience at the…
Disappointing experience at the Coldplay by candlelight in Cromer. Three musicians who played so quietly without microphones. The viola player missed notes, was amateur and the whole thing sounded like a:school band.
You could not hear the commentary. People were getting up to leave after half an hour. We stayed hoping it would improve but it sadly did not. This was expensive evening which did not live up to the hype.

Finding my Tickets
I could not get a confirmation email or find my purchased tickets. I sent a message and was promptly answered. The reason for the problem was I had made an error in my email address! They very kindly located my tickets and sent to me.
