The main issue I have had over the years with solicitors is lack of communication, in previous transactions, and how slow they were.

FML, and Roxanne and Alliyah are a complete breath of fresh air and supported me through the whole transaction.

Their communication is brilliant and everyone in the chain exactly what is happening every step of the way.

They take the slowness which is the most painful part of the remortgage process which is a dream.

Fix my legals was quite prompt in getting me a solicitor as soon as I requested one. I was pleasantly surprised when over a weekend, in very few hours, they got me a replacement solicitor as soon as the initial solicitor identified that they could not continue with my application. Their communication level and doing so promptly is top notch. Even the developer’s representative was genuinely surprised.

I used this service via my Mortgage Broker (Back in Sept 2023 until I completed in Oct 2023) when we were buying our first house and had no idea where to go for a Solicitor etc and I can honestly say it was the best recommendation and decision I made!
They made the process so easy with getting me paired with the correct / best Solicitors and got me
the best deal where I won't be paying for services not needed or high fees and kept me up to date with the whole process with regular emails with the latest stage of the process.
Highly recommend the service and if I ever need a Solicitor etc in the future I know where to go!!

I've been using FML for quite a while now and can honestly say they're definitely taking the FML out this side for me, reducing my need to chase and often be fobbed off by assistants. And when there is a bit of extra effort needed there is no quibble or excuses just a genuine desire to help. Keep it up guys! I wish others in the industry would follow suite though i doubt I'd be swayed away now tbh.
