I would not use Fixd again. These guys try to deny every claim. Save your money.

Trustworthy, quick to the job, on time and quality work. Only suggestion is contractors should carry more parts on their trucks so they would not have to return.

The plumber was fine but they immediately rejected it as a pre-existing condition which has been my experience with every single one of these companies I’ve ever used. We won’t be renewing after a year. Not worth the money. We could have paid our own plumber $225 and actually gotten the valve replaced instead of just turned off temporarily until we can have a “real” plumber fix it for good.

HVAC has been great. A little disappointed in plumbing services and more so with administration. I have been owed a reimbursement check for a couple of months and continuously have to reach out to my rep for help. She is great, but admin doesn't seem to support her.

My freezer was out of commission for over 2 weeks while I waited for appointments, unneeded parts to arrive and the accurate problem to be identified. The technicians were polite but it took calling a second one to consult on the third visit to finally correct (a bit unconventionally) the problem.

My husband and I are very pleased with the three service calls we have had so far. Each tech was professional and knowledgeable.

It was terrible communication and explanation of the process. Everyone had different answers when I called and no one could figure it out. I’m sorry I already paid for a year of service.

It's ok I had AC maintenance under warranty and sent one of their guys who adjusted fan speed and claims filled refrigerant but barely cleaned the coils, which I did afterwards, what the f?

UR Builder / House repairs, Louis was on time, worked quickly and did a fantastic job. He explained the repairs well and cleaned up all before he left. I'll use him for any of my home repairs.

Contacted FIXD to repair my pool heater under my home warranty. After MUCH confusion and several delays, a very nice and seemingly knowledgeable young man finally came out, replaced a part, and showed us a back door way to get the heater working. Without looking at the console that was showing an error message indicating a heat sensor wasn't working, he determined that the problem was in the console (which is not covered under the home warranty) and not in the sensor. He was very pleasant and respectful, but I wasn't totally convinced he really took the time to pinpoint the problem.

Bottom line - we can use the heater, but this took way too long to get done and it was way too hard to contact them to find out what was going on. Disappointed - I have had better luck getting service on previous calls to them, though.

Showed up on time, and didn't even charge us the price quoted, he was very proffesional and explained what the problem was.

I would rate this 5 star but I had a minor issue. So when I purchased my new home I was told I had a free re-key service. So when I called to schedule it I was charged the service call fee ($50) twice. I was told it would take between 5 to 10 business days to get a refund. I ended up waiting over a month just to get my refund.

Although not immediately available and have to call the company a few more times after the initial call, all of the phone calls were handled professionally and actions were taken to address the need. Contractor did a fine job. Worth it! Thank you!
