YOUR SERVICES WERE OFFERED WITH THE PURCHASE OF OUR HOME. THE FIRST {AND LAST} TIME WE UTILIZED YOUR SERVICE IS WHEN WE DEVELOPED A LEAK IN OUR WATER HEATER. YOU MADE US WAIT SEVERAL DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER JUST TO CHARGE US $50 TO TELL US THAT RUST IS A PRE EXISTING CONDITION THAT DISQUALIFIES OUR REPAIR. THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT EVEN IF IT WERE COVERED, IT WOULD STILL COST US SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS TO UPGRADE TO CODE, LIKE BY CHANGING OUT A $10 CUT OFF VALVE AND ADDING A POP OFF VALVE, LIKE THE ONE THAT COMES ALREADY INSTALLED ON THE NEW WATER HEATER. AND IT DIDN'T MATTER WHAT WATER HEATER WARRANTY OUR EXISTING WATER HEATER HAD, WE WOULD ONLY GET A 6YR REPLACEMENT, WHICH WOULD COST ME LESS THAN YOUR "CODE UPGRADE" TO JUST GO BUY AND CHANGE IT OUT MYSELF. SO, I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I have not set up an account with this company. I was provided a warranty during the purchase of my new home. However they are trying to charge for me for a service visit for an AC repair of which I did not request (trust me if my AC were broken I would want it fixed). I have called in to try and resolve, the young lady I spoke to was nice; however this situation was above her. I was promised a call back for resolution.... still waiting. They dont even have the proper contact information for me, and cant tell me how to resolve this issue. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

Problem was fixed promptly. No 2nd trip is needed. No complaints.

Honest fair prices and quality work I will definitely use the again.

We needed to have our a/c replaced. Fixd repair did a fantastic job. The crew was fantastic. Always kept us informed on what they were doing. There was a confusion on the order, but it was handled with promptly. This will be my go to place for all my repairs. I LOVE LOVE the service.

Our air conditioning units are putting a LOT of water into the drain pans. Fixd says this is common during the summer. It is not. We’ve never had this quantity of water being flushed out of a unit. I hired a second company to evaluate and they say it’s due to dirty coils. Thinking of hiring an attorney to recover the cost of doing this the right way. Fixd has not been a good experience.

I was pleasantly surprised at the courtesy and timeliness that my plumbers arrived last week. Unfortunately, the plumbers were not able to diagnose my issue nor repair the issue.

They have been the best home warranty that I have ever worked with. I have worked with several and Fixed is so far the best.

I have used Fix'd on several occasions, and they have always done an outstanding job. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous and have completed every job quickly.

I would not even consider calling anyone else for any services that Fix'd offers. I know that with Fix'd my job will be done correctly and quickly at a fair price.

This is the second year I have had Fix’d warranty. They explained how the warranty works and answered all of my questions. I needed them to come out for multiple different services and each time they have been: on time, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and explained what what the problem was. Most recently the problem was with my 20 year old HVAC system. They said it needed to be replaced. They gave me credit for the part of the system that was broke, and gave me a quote on three different systems for me to decide on. Everyone at this company in person and over the phone have been respectful and knowledgeable in their area. Best money I have spent for the house

It DOES happen to you! That's right, the thing that you dread breaking down in your home (that always seems like a remote tragedy that happens to others) could and does happen to all of us. If you have Fixd it will be fixed by someone who knows how for $50. Believe me when that happens you'll be so glad you have a home warranty. Year after year it pays for itself, especially when it's around $100 just to get someone out to give you a "free estimate"! When your A/C goes out in TX summer....you want to avoid that costly repair. For me, Fixd is the way to go.

This was my second time to need Fixd to send someone out for a plumbing problem. The plumbers were on time, friendly, and fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes. This is a good company!

I did not have any services done since Fixd Repair person inspected water heater and told me there was still under warranty and to wait. Very honest!!!
