I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto West Hampstead due to a crash, via my insurance company. The repair process was carried out so quickly, I had my car back within a week & the staff there are so helpful and friendly with whatever question I had. Exceptional work on my car, it looks good as new! Kelly at the front desk really is a credit to the company!

I was back here for some minor touch-ups or small respray. Staff (believed was the owner) met me & gave me a date for the job. No doubt the speed & the quality of work were brilliant. Another staff cleaned my car inside out for hours for free (I did tip him)

I was referred to Autofix by my insurance company for bodywork, following a Non-Fault Accident. Received my car back after a few weeks. I must say the body work on my BMW was Amazing! Absolutely flawless.. They did such a good job on my car, I am super happy with it. Jordon, Kelly and the other receptionist ( I can’t remember her name) from start to finish were just all amazing, friendly and professional. Will use in the future for work on my car again if ever needed. Thank you so much guys X

If companies have Borderline Personality Disorder, this is one of them. I find hard to explain their behaviour in non-psychiatric terms.

It all started when I asked them to pick up the car from my garage (my previous car insurance did this so I thought it was normal), because I was away for 2 months. This, somehow triggered them. After that point, they were basically trying to convince the insurance that I was not responding, and to convince me that the insurance was not responding.

I had to spend hours contacting the insurance to establish the facts. Once the facts were established, instead of apologizing and fixing the car, they simply ghosted us and refused to fix the car.

So, yeah, I regret asking them to pick up the car, but I also find hard to explain their behaviour in non-psychiatric terms. If you wonna feel like you are walking on eggshells by just existing, this is your garage...

Please do not pride yourselves over misrepresentation because it is an unlawful conduct - and I have it in writing as well.

The last part of of our communications were made primarily via email in order to stop misrepresentation. When you could no longer misrepresent, you simply denied service, which is illegal.

Further, it's worth noting that reviews in platforms other than Trustpilot rate you at 3.6 rather than 4.6. That's implies that the ratings are not independent as they are in other platforms.

reception staff were friendly and informative. My courtesy car was immediately available. The work was carried out extremely quickly and my car was returned to me beautifully clean inside and out

We were disappointed that it took 14 days to complete a relatively minor repair. We were told only on the Friday we were due to pick it up that it would not be ready until the Monday; on the Monday it turned out that it would only be ready by the end of the day.

Fix auto Hampstead was the appointed garage to give me my courtesy car whilst I was waiting for my repair. It took them nearly a month to give me the courtesy car and more than that to get the missing part to finish it (it wasn't their fault, they said). Whilst I had the car, I got a fine and they added (as per their incredibly lucrative policy) £60 extra in fees!!! Just to send an email: on a £65 fine - this is unbelievable! I don't even know if it's legal to charge nearly 100% in fees and will check with a lawyer for sure but I need to expose this before someone else face this issue.
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE FOR YOUR COURTESY CAR or for ANYTHING ELSE!

The best customer service I have received in a repair shop. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The repair work was very fast and beautiful work done. Definitely would recommend and I will be using them from now on.
