Really helpful for the whole duration of the repair, right from the first call to delivering my own car back to me.
Really professional and friendly, got my car looking like nothing had ever happened and kept me informed the whole time.
Dawn, who returned my car, was very friendly and did a great job of checking the car over and making sure I was happy.
If you need an accident repair I cannot recommend them highly enough

I can honestly say this company from the very first call were professional, helpful and kept me up to date with my car repairs. The repairs carried out to my vehicle were done to a quick and satisfactory conclusion. Staff were friendly and the courtesy car was extremely clean and nice to drive. Over all experience was 'EXCELLENT' and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I had my car repaired following a damage claim. The service provided was quick and efficient and the repair was excellent. The car also came back washed and vacuumed unlike when it went in!

Replaced rear bumper after an accident very professional job no complaints with the work. Front office staff polite and communicated well. Job finished ahead of schedule meaning I had my 7seater back for the weekend.

Tried to fob me off when I noted an issue with the indicators; saying it was already showing a fault when the car was dropped off. But when they checked it it was a loose connection on the light they replaced. Not good!!

Good Morning - I am sorry you are unhappy with this issue. When the fault with the indicators was highlighted to us we believed it to be a faulty lamp connection. On investigation we discovered that the connector plug had not been clipped in correctly and had worked loose. We re-connected the plug and checked the lock clip was fastened correctly and the issue was reslolved.

Great company with compensating staff all the way.
From the start this company have been nothing but compensating. They made sure I was booked in as soon as possible and a curtesy car was with me to make sure I could carry on my day to day routine. The work they have carried out on my car is 100% and it looks just like it did the day I brought it. Dawn Vickers has been totally amazing 🤩 she has kept me up to date with all the progress and even compensated me with pick up and drop offs of the curtesy car as I work in teaching so it’s difficult to get time out. Dawn made sure it was all done on time and kept me updated the whole way. Dawn and your team are an asset to your company making sure you give great customer care. Well done guys and keep doing what you always do your an amazing company and I will be making sure I recommend you to others.

Completed work good
Completed work good. However actual customer service communication poor. Car damage originally seen November 9th, however work not scheduled until 29th December 2021 once completed car returned 12th January 2022. Even allowing for COVID and Christmas etc service generally leaves much to be desired.
