Reversed into a telegraph pole and buckled my back wheel. Fix auto contacted me the same day as I contacted my insurance company. I found fix auto to be very polite helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them as a company

sorry to hear that you are not happy, i think it would be prudent to wait for our full investigation findings into your complaint before judgments are made as we still have your car on site to redress anything if its found to be our fault, that said we image and camcorder all vehicles prior to collection and on delivery, this is done in the interest of both parties and in this case images were taken through the repair process. My early findings show that we had to drive your vehicle to our site and back to you because of the exceptionally low ride height of your car and the risk of damaging your front bumper putting it on our recovery truck, our communication logs tell me that this was done with your permission and indeed the mileage covered tally's with what we would need to collect and deliver plus a test drive after its geometry, i might add though even after a third trip to bring your car back on site after your complaint the total mileage covered stands at 69 miles not 100, we did put fuel in your car but on getting to you my driver noted that it wasn't enough to cover what we used, he brought this to your attention and offered to send you reimbursement which you were happy with. It does look like your wheel has indeed been damaged and we will deal with this appropriately, for this we are very sorry and i can assure you that we had absolutely no knowledge of it happening in our care, had we been aware we certainly would not have tried to return it to you, we take great care of customers vehicles but on a rare occasion we do knowingly cause damage we will be open and honest with the owner and always put things right, This is why we image vehicle so thoroughly for customer security as well as our own.

just in response to your last post i would like to add some clarity for fairness to us, we as a repairer asked the insurer to arrange the independent inspection as we felt that you were being a little unreasonable given our complete cooperation with your complaint plus the fact that we have received all of your images and besides a fuel flap alignment issue all of your images clearly show the damage/missing items were present before your car was collected for repair, so to protect us from any fraudulent claims and to show fairness to all (yourself included) all evidence must be presented to a third party, they will decide on the next steps to take and we will act on anything they decide.
our mission is to have completely happy customers every time, sadly despite our best efforts it is probably too late in your case but we hope that when the evidence is shown to you that you may realize we haven't treated you all that badly.

My car was picked up, a curteousy car dropped.off, and the car returned with a full valet all with 2 weeks. Great service and I would recommend.

Professional quality service
Professional quality service will get a quote for some spraying to be done to the back of my car which the lovely motorists of Great Britain have done in carports and not left a note? Would have given them 5 stars except don't know how expensive it will be as mine was done under some1 else's insurance for hitting the front of my car which luckily I was sat in still for but for quality and service I give them a 5.
