The repair was done very well, wouldn’t know it had ever been damaged.

Brilliant service
I cannot praise the service provided by Fix Auto enough. I took my damaged car to Enterprise and picked up a courtesy car . My car was then collected and driven back to my home around 10 days later. I would defy you to examine my car and find the repair. A smooth and professional service thank you

Bad spray job
bad spray job, dust under paint and orange peel pitting, Scratch protector stickers (colour coded) wasn’t replaced properly. Second time the car wasn’t painted at all.
Another reason why my car have a orange peel pitting is there is a scrap yard just right next to Fix Auto in Portsmouth.
Also the driver who delivered my car on Friday 10th April 2026 just before 3pm laughed at my face, when I complained the leather arm rest is now scratched inside the car. It wasn’t there before.
Over all very bad experience with this garage. Very poor customer service with Fix Auto Portsmouth. I wouldn’t choose it myself. It was recommended by my car insurance company.

We are truly sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction, however, for the sake of transparency I think some of your dissatisfaction comes from the fact that we were not aloud to repair the pre existing poor repairs on your car, I understand how this may be frustrating from your perspective but the verbal abuse and swearing to our staff made it hard to explain things to you, there is a full lifetime warranty on the repairs we actually did and I believe they were done to satisfactory standard. We take your feedback very seriously however in this case I think that we have stayed very professional throughout. We are also concerned to hear about your interaction with our driver where it was alleged his Englishness was brought into question. We are committed to reviewing these issues internally to ensure such experiences are not repeated. Thank you for your review.
