Yes very good service went to take the car for damage assessment and luckily they said we can keep the car now if you want and gave me a courtesy car there and then and 2 days car fixed ready 👍🏾 for collection or they can drop it off without any issues brilliant really happy job well done no dramas 👍🏾

I am quite upset
I am quite upset. I had fuel in my car when it was collected and there was no fuel when the car was returned.
Also, I had an item to return to marks and Spencer’s which was in a black river island canvas bag. I was hoping to return it but when I got to the shop and checked in my car, it wasn’t there!!

I had written 2 Mobile numbers on the sign sheet but you were calling my daughter who was on holiday abroad which was not nice and worried her !
