Ford Mustang repairs. Very happy with the service provided by the Chessington branch. I made initial contact to arrange the repairs, following which they took charge and kept me informed throughout the repair process.
I needed to drop my car off due to going on holiday, they were very accommodating and helped arrrange this. With regards to parking at the location, there was plenty of spaces. My car also needed an exhaust replacement from USA, for which again they managed the entire process, keeping me informed.
The Director, Arnie and his entire staff force were very good at customer focus, making you feel at ease about getting the car repairs carried out by them.
Once the repairs were on their way, they kept me informed including about the exhaust/parts delivery due from the States. On completion a time was arranged for collection and I was very satisfied with the work they had carried out, everything looked like it should and nothing was out of place. Very happy with the entire process. Thank you all.

My music system doesn't work,
I brought the to repair the back bumper, you delivered the car without music system. I complained the day of collection the engineers checked and told me that they can fix it.

I didn't say such thing never ever, the music system works always, we do not net to twist words, as you engineer say can be something simple, but is not on me to get it right, you are the professionals not me when the accident happened everything worked properly including the lights, what I'm asking is just a fair repair.

Great service, communication and timings

These guys are amazing! Had a horrible break in at home when our car ceys were stolen meaning all locks needed to be replaced and new keys programmed. The team at FixAuto Chessington turned the job around super quick, ordering and fitting the parts even before I had a chance to drop off the paperwork for the job. Couldn’t be happier with the service. 5-stars!!

Fix Auto did a good job of correcting some damage to my car's body work following an accident.

However, they were instructed by the insurance company. This meant they would not give me a print out of the work completed on my car.

Whilst the car was with them, it also proved impossible to find out whether any damage had been done to the steering (I tried on several calls). Even now I have the car back, I have no idea of what they did or didn't do. (apart from the body work repair).

This isn't great since I'm the one that owns the car and the service history.

I think they should have asked the insurance company to review them instead of myself, since they clearly consider the insurance company to be their client.

All in all, I would prefer dealing with a smaller company where you can talk to someone who's worked on the car and can find out what's been done and what hasn't been done.
